Aurelien Tchouameni | signs new contract til 2031, to be official after the World Cup

Real would take us to the clenares with quoted prices. He is 40-50m player at the best. Both, him and Camma, failed to make that next step at RM.
Thank good Woodward is not here anymore
So why are they so keen to keep him then?

In what world is he worth 40/50m in this market , he’s the first choice DM for The biggest football club on the planet and arguably the best National team on the planet. He’s easily worth 70/80 in this market.

I'd rather spend 85m on him than the same amount on M.Fernandes or 120m on Anderson.

Gonna try to manifest Real to sign Rodri or Fernandez to free him up for us. What figure would it take for you to sell him @giorno just out of interest?

Really wish I hadn't looked up his metrics on data MB because has made me more gutted they won't sell. Why couldn't the fallout with Valverde had been enormous and forced Real to sell him.

How are RM's finances? I figure they don't have any PSR or whatever worries when it comes to transfers but you never know. Just wondering if they did bring in a Rodri and possible high end winger at a total of 200+ mil, plus other in's, do they have to sell to balance books? For me, this train is stuck in the depot for repairs, but just checking the schedule anyway.

Yeah this train is staying firmly in the depot unless signing Fernandez suddenly makes him feel unwanted and pushed out after World Cup. Unfortunately I fear even if they him like @pascell says Perez will say he's still part of plans and going nowhere.

In a world where Eliott Anderson is 120m you know this isn't correct.

I've said this before but, surely if Madrid were actually interested in Mateus Fernandes, they would have to sacrifice one or more of their current MF, they already have at least 6 in their squad including..
Bellingham, Camavinga, Valverde, Guler, Tchoumeni, Ceballos

If they were to add Fernandes, and potentially Enzo & Rodri, that could be close on €250m of investment. I'm also hearing that they are interested in Bouaddi too.
Whichever way you look at it, they will surely have to make some MF sales.

He literally cost them over double that in the first place and has won a full trophy case in that time being a key player for club and country.

Pure delusion in that post

Don't know if he'd cost the same but in this market where Elliot Anderson is going for 130m, Real would be within their rights asking for a lot.

Just hope it's not too crazy and still workable financially

Add in Bernardo Silva to their midfielders too.

Absolute best you could hope for would be £80m considering they sold us Cas for £60+10. No doubt the club would’ve been keeping an eye on his situation, hence maybe the lack of urgency on some of the other midfield targets.

He just signed a new RB so he’s not playing Valverde there. If we assume that Jude and Valverde are nailed on starters, that leaves Guller (10), Camavinga, Tchoumeni competing for the 3rd spot. By all accounts, Mourinho is a big fan of Guller.

He might not be as ungettable as people think.

Bernardo Silva also just joined

If I am not mistaken, Perez winning the election means Rodri is on the back seat, probably off. If im not mistaken he was promised by the othet guy.

Its Enzo who I will find integral to any move here. If they bring in Enzo id imagine they'd get rid of a player. Or maybe its just going to be Camavinga.

I'm even more interested in what will happen with Nico Paz. The (admittedly few) times I've seen him play he's looked absolute quality. However, I have a hard time seeing how he fits into a squad alongside Bellingham, Valverde, Silva, Güler and Pitarch (plus Mastantuono, although he's played RW 99% of the time at Madrid).

Could actually be the perfect Bruno replacement for United. Which is not a topic for next season, obviously, but neither is it something for the distant distant future.

He's staying put at Como next season reportedly
