To be frank, I think you've misunderstood the level of interest in the minutiae of other teams on the site. That very limited level of interest drops to zero as soon as you're outside the premier league. So yeah, people wont care when your announcing yet another round of funding to pay for whatever boring piece of infrastructure or a long description of every youth player who comes within a mile of your team. If it isn't a first team football match then no one cares and that goes for every club.
Barcelona are an exception in that no one gives a feck about you outside of what punishment you'll face for bribing referee's. Your basically dead to us.
