Again, Spanish team... sigh. At least they will try to play ball. Maguire/Lindelof vs. Lewandowski? :wenger:

4 losses in a row feck that. Time to put these cnuts in their place. No Messi no winning for these wankers. Martinez missing is a blow but hopefully we're playing eth football consistently by end of Feb.

We're due a win against them. Give us this lineup and we can do:

De Gea
Dalot Varane Martinez Shaw
Eriksen Casemiro
Antony Bruno Rashford
Martial

1st leg without Martinez isn't ideal though :nervous:

Ahh this is gonna be fun. Really looking forward to this one.

Matches like these are what you live for as a football fan. Much rather this than Midgetland or Rennes.

No Martinez first leg is a huge blow. Varane has to be back or we're fecked.

Hopefully Ronaldo is gone by then too.

Feel for the travelling support who will have to experience the Catalan hospitality given to away fans.

Actually a good draw.
If United wins, we have decent chance to win the whole thing. If not then whatever, I won't have to stay up late again.

I think most people kind'a knew that we would end up with Barca. People have been complaining about the lacklustre opposition in the EL so now we take on one of the big boys.

I'm buzzing. Either we get a good mental boost from beating Barca, or we get a physical boost from having Thursday nights off in this super cramped season.

Also, going out to Barca is better than losing to Midtylland or whoever

Good draw this!

Best case scenario we inflict more misery on Barcelona and knock out one of the strongest teams in the tournament. Worst case scenario, we lose and can focus fully on the league and trying to secure top four.

Martinez being suspended is a huge blow. Hopefully Varane will be ready to go.

I'd buy a ticket for the home end...they're too precious to attend an EL play-off, even if it is against United. Entitled bunch.

Our record against the top teams (City aside) has been really good, so I'm confident we will win this. This current Barcelona team aren't as good as Liverpool or Arsenal, and we won both of our games against them.
