Why should Savage be able to dominate this game? I do agree that all three were poor (as most of the players were yesterday).

Savage and Iqbal joined United on tour and played really well - they were up against the B-side of a Team from League 2 - they should be able to look superior to their opponents.

I know you have watched plenty of him, but I think it's obvious, from watching him for a few years, that he is nowhere near that good. I think he's a League One player, so I don't think it's weird that he is not dominating here at 19.

If we talk like some here do then the U21s teams should dominate this competition but the truth is most of them were/will be out from the group stage whilst we have a good chance to proceed.
