Surprised to see that he is actually 4th in the premier league in terms of goals per 90 minutes. Helps that we bring him on as a sub in many games, but that also means that he gets a very limited time to make an impact.

Also top of the league in shots on target per 90, just ahead of Haaland.

He has turned into a real goal threat...the noise around his signing has died down due to the goals as well.

All credit to him!

That attempt was so bad people thought it was a pass to Amad

Happy to see him scoring regularly though

Wasn't the miss just a poor pass to an open Amad?

he opens his body and the way he strikes the ball with the inside of his foot to curl it to the corner. doesn't look like a pass. looks like he was going for a finish similar to Cunha's

He had so much space. Another touch and stick it in the corner.

He appears to be one of those players who is better when he lets instinct kick in.
I thinks he needs more practise and confidence. Cunha's goal is a beauty, Sesko needs to practise scoring via a toe poke. With a defender breathing down your neck, you don't time to sidefoot or strike the ball.

Wasn't he voted worst summer transfer some months back? Shows how clueless these "pundits" and "journalists" are.

There was a dumb athletic article where they polled some agents and asked them their worthless opinion just after the summer window of what the best and worst value deals are. United had bad vibes so Sesko got the vote, probably as some agents were pissed their players didn't come to United.

That miss after his goal and there was another similar miss against another team should have him in double figures. He does seem to be a bit immature in his play and maybe mentality. Needs some coaching but the talent is there.

He just seems to be better when playing off instinct right now, rather than having time to think about it. Given his age I don’t think that’s a major concern - the technical ability is there and lots of strikers gain more composure as they get older.

Being nitpicky, but he should have made it 4-1. I think that's the second or third time this season he's scored a goal then failed to score another from a promising chance

I understand why Carrick dropped him today but then in the first half we had a load of crosses into the box which he’d have been perfect for, not sure on Amads height but he’s not the man to be on the end of them.

I dont like Big Ben as a nickname for him
Just do the normal thing like Sesky or something

2 goals in 1048 mins under Amorim.
8 goals in 460 mins under Carrick and Fletcher.

He is scoring goals consistently, some of the crosses we played in the first half was perfect for Sesko. I hope he will have same impact when he starts the game, which he should considering he has all the attributes to be awesome CF.

It shouldnt be surprising. Since the turn of the year he's scored lots of goals in so few mins

633 mins, 8 goals - 7 in the league 1 in the FA cup, hes averaged a goal every 79 .13 mins

I'd imagine for this most recent period of the last 3 months hes the lowest mins to goals in the league. But hes 4th overall because he had a slow start. I can see him finishing above Kroupi at the end of the season behind just Haaland and Thiago

However we should take into account that Sesko doesnt take pens for us. Thiago has scored 6, Haaland 3, Fernandes 3 - granted im not sure how many hes been on the pitch when we've won them. But yeah Kroupi and Sesko are obviously at a major disadvantage not taking them compared to Haaland and Thiago

I think it clearly was a pass because he had no reason to shoot from there. He can take another touch to get into the box before finishing. But his teammate is free at the backpost now

I think its a concentration thing, like many players sometimes he loses it and it results in some poor technique at times. Should hopefully be ironed out as he matures

He should do better with the easy chances. Hopefully his composure will come because he can be a beast once he settles.

It was obviously a pass, he looks at Amad who calls for it with his arm out and then immediately tries to play the pass.

A bit more experience and he doesn't bother with that pass and goes it alone. He was too charitable to a team mate there.

Looked more like a shot to the far corner to me, he looked at Amad yes but ignored him, changed his body angle and went to place it in the far corner which didn’t come off obviously.

10 goals in 15 starts is pretty good going in his debut season. Another 8 games, so if he can get another 3-4 it’s a real good innings. Played most of it under the worst manager of all time too.

He changed his body angle because he wanted to use his right foot and thats the only way to use it to make that pass. Its actually something I hate because its easier to use your left foot and what he did is what can happen when you try to use your right foot when its unsuited.

Sorry, still looks like he was going for the shot to me, that pass using that angle has pretty much a zero percent chance of success. But I do think having both options in his head resulted in what happened, a half attempt at both.

Obviously a good goal scorer already and is still young, so the rest of his game should develop a lot over the next 2 years. And I still don't think he is 100% confident. When he starts playing with swagger he will be better. There's lots of potential here.

Excellent sub appearance yesterday. Could have scored a brace but 1/2 is very good chance conversion

It was very obvious pass.

Where are the german posters telling he's shit?
