I wasn't sure about this signing to be honest. He didn't score very many goals in Germany last season and just from watching compilations, he didn't look like a very good technical player.
It's clear that I was wrong about his general play, which is a lot better than I expected it to be. His hold up play, ball control and passing is all pretty good.
I do think we still look a bit like we have no one in the box when someone has it out wide and his I don't sense a huge amount of killer instinct in front of goal just yet, but overall I'm pretty happy with how he has started.

Agreed, game by game he is getting used to his his teammates and the assist was actually quality, that turn and accurate pass allowed Mbeumo to did his thing.
Absolute colossus today, won everything in the air. Could be a bit better with the ball, but for sure looks Utd quality. What an asset!
Good performance today. Great target & outlet, fine touch & close control, linked play very nicely and probably deserved a goal. He is part of a much improved United front line and will get his fair share of goals. Won't be long before he scores a few screamers too, the lad can really crack one off (a shot, that is lol)
I am just not sure if Cunha is better and we play Mount at 10. It's been a while since we had proper options, and instead of avoiding crap players we can pick lineups to try and focus on good players.The one time he tried he ended up with a yellow card as the reward
Another good game from him. We're much better when we manage to involve him in our play.
Got an assist at least. Had a couple of chances to score. He’ll have less pressure as Mbeumo is racking up goals to ease the pressure on the ST
I thought he was excellent. That assist...
Sweet assist for the third goal. He doesn't seem to be a gifted shooter though, but we luckily have those in the team and he is capable of finding them as the linking big man.

Neville is basically saying he's not doing well. I though he was brilliant today. Some of the touches were outstanding.
If you can't see the difference this guy brings u over Hojlund than you just want to see this guy fail.

Gaz is constantly grasping for talking points regardless of whether they reflect the reality of what's happening on the pitch or not.
Very good team player. But needs goals which is why he is here primarily.
Good player and worked hard. I was hoping he would score to give him another boost but they'll come. He seems to be more involved than Hojlund
The effort from our team has jumped up so much with Amorim, its really nice to seem.
I think he's destined to be a very good striker he does all the right things.
He played well today. The turn for the third goal was excellent.

He gets into good positions, makes the right runs and fights hard for the ball. I'm liking what I see from him so far.
His heading ability is extremely important for us in the final third. His touch is very good as well, that assist was quality. Overall I'm happy with him so far, he's got bags of potential.
It’s nice to have a centre forward who still has a good game even without scoring.
He’s not perfect but by god he’s better than hojlund
Criticism is a bit harsh. His overall play is decent, just needs to work on the goals.
Need at least one wingback that can do a quick cross on his natural foot to our Slovenian Air Force.

Guy is incredibly strong. I’m happy with his performance, always seems to get shite off commentators if he doesn’t score, but he played well and was involved with a lot of our best moves.
Neither full back put in a decent cross all game for him to attack.
I think he was very very good today. Great assist and very good performance in general. He is a massive upgrade to Hojlund that much is clear.

He’s scored 2 goals already and has an assist, that’s 3 goal contributions and he’s only played 90 minutes twice. Not bad for a young striker coming into a new league with the most difficult job in football. (being Manchester United’s main striker)

Very happy with him.
His movement is a bit off at times, goals will be plenty if he improves on that.
Looks like a real smart move to switch Højlund out for him.
He keeps his head down and cool though out the match. It doesn't affect him like it affected Højlund when things aren't working out. Which allows him to just getting the simple things right, and eventually contribute with a fantastic assist.

Both our wingbacks are not going to use their natural foot to cross today, and we have a huge weapon in Seskos jumping capacity. Seems odd.
Did miss a pretty big chance with Mbeumo assisting. Good match overall, but he should have scored that one.

Thought he played well tonight. Some nice touches, good assist and perhaps should have done better with his chance but it just ran away from him that took him wider than he wanted.
His goals will come and the difference between him and the likes of Hojlind is that Sesko is actually a good all round footballer. He’s linking up well with the other forwards and has more to offer than just goals.
