presumably if pogba / Hughes counts... he was with us for a couple of years as a 17 year old so must have played in the academy set up.

Pogba played for our academy. Rafael and Fábio didn’t. Fairly simple.

He said academy to first team. They were never in the academy. Him saying they are included doesn’t change him being wrong.

-Might drop Neville and play Wes Brown against some sides or when Neville plays wingback if a midfielder is out and Beckham comes inside
-No idea if Pique or Evans would be the LCB or sweeper type
-Not sure about Pogba vs Scholes as the 10 or right sided central midfield spot. I figured Beckham and Neville could cover for Pogba while Giggs needs a midfielder more focused on sliding over to cover for him and Fletcher would do that well
-If it's going poorly you just bring on a LB like O'Shea for Butt or Fletcher and play 4-3-3, leave Giggs no defensive stuff to worry about, or even play 4 at the back with Giggs as the Dani Alves style fullback and Pogba on the left side of midfield, can also put on Rashford and drop a midfielder

Really strong team, especially with Rashford around to challenge Hughes for when we want pace up top, Rossi was also really good at his peak.
