"Did you see Fabinho against Red Star & Cardiff?"
Does anyone on here still think Brexit is and will be a good thing for the UK?
Don't know why I laughed out loud. One of the most brain dead votes in modern times.Must be burnt in the oven by now
"One of"?Don't know why I laughed out loud. One of the most brain dead votes in modern times.
You're right. The country lost its collective mind."One of"?
I mean, at least Trump was only a four year thing. This will probably effect the UK for most of the 21st century.
Not all of us.You're right. The country lost its collective mind.
Maybe none of the vocal brexiters on here saw your post yet?Does anyone on here still think Brexit is and will be a good thing for the UK?
No one said that it would be a good thing for the UK. No one. Ever.Does anyone on here still think Brexit is and will be a good thing for the UK?

Nice accent but he’s a pleb.
This video should give you an answer to the question, you are asking the opinion of people that had no clue about how the world worked before Brexit and also had no idea about what Brexit was.
Thing is we knew all of this, remember project yellow hammer(That people like Rees Mogg tried to rubbish)?https://www.theguardian.com/busines...and-diesel-deliveries-to-its-service-stations
I presume when the Brexiters wanted the end of Freedom of Movement they didn't expect petrol rationing to stop their freedom of movement.
If pleb means idiot then we agree. But he clearly articulates and summarises what I mostly heard from pro brexit people, it's a serie of lies and half truth. There is no point asking them anything.Nice accent but he’s a pleb.
Who needs enemies when you've got 17.4 million idiots who try to destroy the country.Thing is we knew all of this, remember project yellow hammer(That people like Rees Mogg tried to rubbish)?
When you think about it’s absolutely insane what we have done, we have voted to put financial sanctions on ourselves, and we have done all of this essentially because in 2015/16 the tories we’re a little bit afraid of UKIP taking some of their voters.
Well we are facing staff shortage crisises of our own in many sectors, drivers being one and it has nothing to do with brexit which I'm sure will annoy you. It has to do with piss taking salaries of east eoropens which the courts have ruled must stopThing is we knew all of this, remember project yellow hammer(That people like Rees Mogg tried to rubbish)?

You've got the wrong excuse. It's Covid, only the UK has Covid. Let me know when NL has the same shortages as the UK.Well we are facing staff shortage crisises of our own in many sectors, drivers being one and it has nothing to do with brexit which I'm sure will annoy you. if you think issues with lorry drivers has nothing to do with brexit then I don’t know what to say to you.Well we are facing staff shortage crisises of our own in many sectors, drivers being one and it has nothing to do with brexit which I'm sure will annoy you. In the Netherlands it has nothing to do with brexitif you think issues with lorry drivers has nothing to do with brexit then I don’t know what to say to you.
We have shortages in every sector, not just drivers. Our latest new hires come from Syria, Turkey and India. There is no one locallyYou've got the wrong excuse. It's Covid, only the UK has Covid. Let me know when NL has the same shortages as the UK.
Edit: GB not UK, Northern Ireland are alright.
Okay? Sorry I wasn’t aware we were discussing Netherlands. In the Netherlands it has nothing to do with brexit
Exactly. He's just a public school educated gammon. If pleb means idiot then we agree. But he clearly articulates and summarises what I mostly heard from pro brexit people, it's a serie of lies and half truth. There is no point asking them anything.
I saw this somewhere else but I agree - hardly anyone today (<5%) says they supported the Iraq War at the time, but at the time public opinion was a large majority in favour. Did they forget? Are they ashamed? He also claims to have voted to remain which is complete bollox considering he was not only denying the obvious repercussions of Brexit, but was talking about how Trump was the rightful President of the United States. I don't even know why I bother.
There are some shortages of some products which affect industry because they are purchased from the other side of the world. We have shortages in every sector, not just drivers. Our latest new hires come from Syria, Turkey and India. There is no one locally
The EU are organising a charity concert to donate turkeys to GB for Xmas. The only condition is that they can only be given to Brits who didn't vote for Brexit. Otherwise the EU could be seen as promoting cannibalism.https://www.theguardian.com/food/20...-deal-says-jair-bolsonaro-brazilian-president
Boris Johnson asked for ‘emergency’ food deal, says Bolsonaro
No 10 denies Brazilian president’s claim but some speculate food item is turkeys for Christmas
It does make sense but then again can Bolsonaro be trusted?
'Now that we have left the EU, anyone can drive an Artic, another Brexit benefit, whether they are capable or not.' Just don't try to get insured or drive outside the UK.I’ve seen people point to Brexit as if it is the culprit here. In fact, they are wrong.
Not only are there very large and even larger shortages in other EU countries like Poland and Germany, which clearly can’t be to do with Brexit, but actually because of Brexit I’ve been able to change the law and alter the way our driving tests operate in a way I could not have done if we were still part of the EU.
Michael Gove - Mad Max: Fury GoveSo who is playing mad max in this reboot?
Bono and Geldof will be there. The EU are organising a charity concert to donate turkeys to GB for Xmas. The only condition is that they can only be given to Brits who didn't vote for Brexit. Otherwise the EU could be seen as promoting cannibalism.
Aaah can’t fill my car up ahead of my trip to OT tomorrow. Brilliant, just brilliant.
- A chair I ordered online incurred £70 of customs duties. In the end the retailer reimbursed me.I really haven't been following this thread or indeed Brexit in the news for quite some time. Honestly I haven't really noticed any impact on my daily life as yet, I am sure others have though.
What kind of issues are people experiencing on a personal level since Brexit? I mean from your own personal experiences.
Pretty much none for me either aside from a few substitutions in my online grocery shopping. I don't go in store so I don't see empty shelves but I can get nearly all what I want from Asda online. There seems to be a lot of panic buying of fuel today so maybe there will be a gap in supply soon, although with everyone having full tanks I don't imagine it will last too long. I can't help but think all this 'christmas will be cancelled' just the press being the press. The Co-op CEO said 'Christmas won't be cancelled, there will be Turkey but there won't be a choice of 6 sizes of Turkey this year'. That's what it feels like to me stepping outside of the political arguments and hysteria, choice has just been reduced a bit.I really haven't been following this thread or indeed Brexit in the news for quite some time.
