Well...

Nik(@Rood) and Imran(@Annihilate Now!) give a post-mortem on United's comprehensive defeat at home at the hands of bogey team Brighton. They look at the set-up/tactics, discuss what went wrong and wonder what happens next in upcoming games vs. Bayern and Burnley away.

With our wretched away form and Burnley being coached by Kompany and needing a victory, I just don't see us winning.
We are likely to lose tomorrow so morale will be low but hopefully get some of the injured players back for a boost

I trust ETH to sort this mess out !

I enjoyed the discussion mate. I enjoy your contributions on the forum and in the podcasts.

I do have to say, I maybe calling this premature in relation Imran's concerns, I think Onana is bang average mate. He is okay with distribution, but his shot stopping well below par. He should have saved that Rice deflected shot in injury time.

Glad to be of service!

Onana could have done better with a few chances so far (3rd goal in particular on Saturday) but I wouldnt say any goals were down to keeper error - need to see more from him on the long passing, a couple of good balls went to Hojlund but too many aimed at Rashford who is not the one who is going to hold it up

Bayindir is likely to play next week, I dont expect him to shift Onana but its his chance to impress

Hard to argue that Onana could have done better, the chances that we gave away were wide open. The third one was put away brilliantly.

Maybe De Gea would have stopped one, but then we would not be beating the press.
