No, making shit appointments of managers who either were never good enough, or in completely the wrong stage of their careers, is what made things worse, not sacking them.

Rebuilding jobs take 3 years but if there's no tangible improvement in results or performances year on year then only a total moron would stick with the same manager. If we finish this season on 60-something points, again, and bottle out of Europa and the FA cup, again, then what is left for Ole to suggest we stick with him? We're not going to suddenly become proper title contenders next season if we're still bottling everything this season. With a defence not even performing in the top half of the league and an attack that relies entirely on the output of one player.
It's all subjective

It's fine if you think there's been no improvement under Ole. But others think there's been some big improvements.

Personally I think we should wait until he's had 3 or 4 years. Simply because i don't think another managerial change help and also who would we even go for?

Final points total, goals conceded, results in the cup competitions, none of these are subjective.

And we are currently on course (if this form keeps up) to not improve on any of those three metrics. That's from the end of Ole's first full season to the end of his second full season. If we're not improving on any measurable indicator then the subjective elements, like "there's a better feeling around the place" or "a switch in transfer strategy to signing more hungry english players for ridiculous fees who turn out to not be worth half what we paid for them" isn't enough.

So we base everything on points and goals scored/conceded?

How do you calculate that this season is with out fans, tighter schedule and with VAR ?

And isnt a top 2 position a measurable indicator? Or that we're much ahead of Liverpool and closer to City? Or is it that Pep has done a shit job with City since they are much closer now?

Are you trying to make a point? Nothing fragile about having a B-class coach who cannot make a sub and organise our defence nor our attack.
its our recruitment. Our owners selected this attack for the manager and haven’t given him anything that could improve us enough to win anything except for shiny new contracts (for recognition of the world class level they aren’t hitting) free transfers and loans. He’s working with what he’s got. Ya the defence is shaky but we should still be beating the likes of WBA 3-1 even if they sit in all day but It seems like martial and Rashford will always flatter to deceive and they both clearly want to be the star man rather than provide anything for each other other than half hearted work rate. Pressing as a token. Taking too many touches. Not looking up. All the classics

Irrelevant. Every team has the same problems. And last season was also far, far outside the norm for every team anyway.

Liverpool and City have had catastrophic injury problems and are both suffering from burn out, to different degrees, from being managed for several seasons by the highest of high-intensity managers. They are expected to be on the decline, especially given their lack of activity in the summer.

We are supposed to be on a meteoric rise under a new manager who is tasked with building a team capable of winning titles and has spent upwards of £250m across 5 transfer windows already.
