Hey @Niall

Having an issue with the site on desktop Chrome. It just logged me out of my account and when I click the login button it just refreshes the page. It seems to let me login the same way on Explorer and also I’m still logged in on Chrome on my iPhone.

The site is in the middle of switching to HTTPS. Odd that you were logged out, shouldn't happen.

Can you try logging in in incognito mode in Google Chrome on your desktop?

I have the same issue. Workaround for me is changing to another page (e.g. members) and then I'm logged in again

Seems to be working again now and I've been logged back in.

Ok this is a slight snag with the HTTPS switch. It's still in progress so in the meantime if you find yourself being logged out, click the site logo in the top left and that will take you to a secure version of the site where you should be logged in. So long as you follow links on the page you should stay logged in. If you follow bookmarks that use the old HTTP URL you could end up being logged out.

If the above doesn't work, please let me know.

This will all get sorted soon once the switch is complete.

I had an issue on phone last week when clicking the login button sent me to "you do not have access to this page". Back to normal after a bit of time.

Sweet thanks!

What's the main difference between https and http?

Security. It means the data you send to the site and vice-versa is encrypted and can't be intercepted by "evil doers". There's various other technical benefits but that's basically it at a high level.
