Found a useful tool on transfermarkt for this under a section called 'transfer flows'.

Go to any club page, hover over Transfer & Rumours (not the one at the top, the one slightly further down) then click transfer flows.

Change the years to include as many seasons back as possible and you'll get something like this:

Click the number of transfers (eg 27 for Lazio) to see who moved there.
