Good tie. At home, against an opponent we know beforehand will be feisty, so can't be going in complacent. No complaints.

Seriously how do City always end up getting draws against piss easy teams ?
Oil money can buy you a lot of stuff.

Somebody post their domestic cup draws for the last 6 years again and tell me that's all above board. There is no way anyone is that lucky.

West Ham are in Europa so will rest plenty in this.

Could have been far easier but it's an ok draw.

F***ing hell!

Tough draw against last seasons top 6 and current early PL leaders. While bloody City get Wycombe at home. What a shock!

Doesn’t even matter cause City will win it anyway. Just give them the cup now instead of February

I’m not too worried as it’s a home tie, Moyes still parks the bus away at a big club.
It would just be nice to have an early round cup game where we could rest the big players and ease through to the next round.

Under Ole it feels like we constantly face PL opposition every single round.

Getting Arsenal, Chelsea then Wolves all away in his first 3 cup games at Utd probably set the tone.

This.

People wonder why we burn out at end of season. Well it's because we dont get many easy cup ties. Every game is like a PL match for us.

Sigh... I thought Ole had made reparations for the cat he ran over? Proper rotten luck. As unnatural as Citeh's luck.

4 out of 5 vs PL teams.
1 in 4 vs CL teams.

That’s so fecking crazy.

I wonder how City compare?

EDIT: Only two out of the 15 PL fixtures against teams that would usually be considered “bottom half” I know the draw gets biased towards stronger teams over time but still…
