What a player

Still can't believe Real willingly got rid of him. Going to be oh so crucial us in the Cups
This narrative that real willingly got rid is false. His departure was eased by tchouameni signing but real still would have wanted to keep him. He wanted to leave himself.

How far out was that second? With the angle it must be 35 yards +, so rare to see that type of technique score from that range.

I beg all of you to go watch Souness talk about his signing on talk sport. by far and away the most shocking football take from a pundit I have ever heard. Honestly, he should have been sacked after that.
what a player. our player of the season without a doubt.

I thought I was too old for fanboyism, RvP was my last one, but this guy awakens similar emotions!

You run out of things to say about Casemiro. We are incredibly fortunate that: A) He wanted to leave Madrid; B) Florentino was happy to let him go; C) He wanted to come to United.

We are a completely different team with him and without him. All you can say is we gotta get a 19 or 20 year old version of him. So that our midfield does not fall apart when he's not available.

Deflection took.it away from ths keeper.

But it was such a casual sweeping motion, with not a lot of power from that far out. I think everyone was ssurprised it went in.

I just love him. He’s amazing. Only player with a chance of battling Rashford for our player of the season.

He’s the best player we’ve had at United since Ronaldo won the Balon d’Or.

Pure class in all departments of his game! He's got a bit of Robbo, Ince, and maybe even Keane.
Just wish we'd got him a few years ago.

Along with the hiring of EtH, could go on to be the 2 biggest decisions post SAF.

Absolute beastly player. Get a De Jong type next to him & wow!

Previously thought Bruno was our best signing post Fergie. Now I am sure it's Casemiro.

Maybe he got bored of being 'just' a DM for Madrid and wanted to show that he could pass and score and assist but he just wasn't asked/required to at Madrid due to having Modric and Kroos sitting Infront of him

He's so likeable on top of being so good!

I love how despite all he's won he's so passionate and puts in such a shift - too many we've signed lately around his age were probably just here for the pay day, definitely couldn't accuse him of that.

If we can sell Harry he'd make a great vice captain, or Licha. Loved his celebration with Antony

Mad numbers for a DM
He's not a specialist DM really though is he, he's an old fashioned complete CM who does everything like Keane/Vieira. A dying breed in football and we're lucky to have him.

Not so much a dying breed, just rare as rocking horse shit to have one this quality. Hence why you have to go back 20 years to name two more.

Honestly when we signed him, I knew where were getting a world class destroyer but I didn't realise we were getting someone who dictates the tempo, scores goals, gets assists and just absolutely runs the game as well

Like above, a complete midfielder in the mould of Keane and Vieira. What a player.

Genuinely feels that way. He was always in Modric/Kroos' shadow and people thought he was just a water carrier. Proving a lot of people wrong about him.

Exactly, he helped them win literally everything multiple times. He asked to leave for a new challenge, Real obliged. Pretty classy move by Real, considering what they gave up.

To me, very likely the best midfielder I've seen play for United (not necessarily in United shirt).

It all makes sense why Real won 5 CL's with him, he is one of the best (defensive) midfielders of all time.

Our best midfielder since Keane, I maintain that. He's everywhere. And can do everything.
