Change email and password

Guys, I don't why but chrome in my notebook deleted all saved passwords.
Now, I can't remember the active password and can't change the registration email that I used but no longer have access.

What can I do?

I’m sure if the IP address and location you from matches up then the mods could reset your password or email.

Yeah but it is complicated a bit with his passwords being deleted as he might not be able to come back on.
