A suspended ban is absolutely pathetic. The FA are an utter joke.
You guys need to up your game. You're also ffp rulebreakers but your fines are nowhere near ours. When I saw this I genuinely thought to myself that I bet you latch onto the grassroots bit and make it look like you’re doing an equivalent of social responsibility.![]()
We’re morally bankruptYou guys need to up your game. You're also ffp rulebreakers but your fines are nowhere near ours.
Shameful stuff really (from you lot)
Yes but we’re a big club. We do what we want. You guys need to up your game. You're also ffp rulebreakers but your fines are nowhere near ours.

Yeah may as well have not even punished themA suspended ban is absolutely pathetic. The FA are an utter joke.
Only skimming through this thread. I assume this is extra charges to do with the punishment they got in Feb/March?
Total nonsense if this is something else given panel back then could've given Chelsea a points deduction but decided against it. Report I read referred to Clearlake self-reporting the breaches when takeover was being completed so assume it's charges that needed more time to look at.
Just a shrug of shoulders from pretty much everyone but perhaps if clubs keep doing this annually then maybe it's time to deduct points eventually like with Forest and Everton....Are breaches of PSR worse than paying agents more than allowed.....?
Mudryk back as well today. Not sure if he's been cleared or they've just reduced his ban length
Fined 10m and given suspended transfer ban

It's ridiculous. So sporting advantage by breaching the rules, what a joke![]()
The rule breach was not reporting certain payments . If the payments had been reported, they'd have been within the rules. That's why there was no sporting advantage in this case.So sporting advantage by breaching the rules, what a joke![]()

What a joke. Why are Chelsea constantly avoiding points deductions when their breaches are significantly more egregious than what’s going out at other clubs who get the book thrown at them?I swear these bans are virtually always suspended. It doesn’t really feel like any sort of deterrent.
The sum withheld was £150m.The March one was the Premier League, this one is the FA. For different things (Premier League was youth player signing shadyness, the FA one was agent payment shadyness).
There was also a UEFA one where we got a similar fine.
All were self reported by the new ownership basically saying "you three missed all this, we found out when we bought the club, please be gentle".
When Clearlake and co bought the club, they set aside a lot of cash to cover fine for historic stuff done by Roman but I think the total fines have added up to about £30 million (which is way less than the £100 odd million that was reported to have been set aside for fines).
Another one sold too cheaply.Chalobah to Como for £25m + £5m in add-ons and a sell on %.
I liked Trev, hope he does well with Fabregas.
Another one sold too cheaply.
Think you should have got more for him and Cucerella
Yeah... They changed their name legally before going to college (changed owners) and their "criminal record" in high school was sealed, so they got to get a clean start, as if nothing ever happenedChelsea are like that little bastard in school that was naughty as shit but got rewarded when they were slightly good and the teachers didn't bother punishing them properly

We're trying to keep the market sensible. You madlads paying £50 mil or a backup midfielder has inflated everything.Another one sold too cheaply.

It was £48m and it’s looking like an absolute steal! Dreamy. We're trying to keep the market sensible. You madlads paying £50 mil or a backup midfielder has inflated everything.

I think he’s worth around 40 in the current market.Don't think many would agree with you. I personally think he's worth more but I think I'm in an ever dwindling group.
Hardly any fans outside of Chelsea rate him and lots of Chelsea fans think he's meh too.
I think he’s worth around 40 in the current market.
It does feel you’re letting players go cheap this summer.
Didn't see this one coming.
Are they light in midfield or is is for the bants like England?
Surely they don't care about a ridiculously past it Henderson. I can only assume the Chelsea mascot is looking for retirementSurely won’t go down well in Liverpool..
They hate Chelsea and I’m sure it will tarnish his reputationSurely they don't care about a ridiculously past it Henderson. I can only assume the Chelsea mascot is looking for retirement

They'll be desperate to beat you, to show everyone that they're better than Alonso.Wait till they see who or manager is!
I find the writing off of City and the propping up of Chelsea kind of strange. What makes Chelsea more likely to challenge for the league than City, who have a relatively freshened squad who have all now experienced a title race to the end (for their newer players), plus they best pure striker in the world.Imo Chelsea, arsenal and United are the most likely teams to challenge for the league next season. Chelsea if alonso manages very well like i think he can and has done in the past, United because they made great progress under Carrick and arsenal because they have the best manager in the league atm andhave consistentcy, I would say.
