So it's weak management by Lampard right?Because they think otherwise. Doesn't mean they're right.

Again that's not the point..I don’t have a problem with anybody missing a penalty. They’re so difficult and goalkeepers these days are so agile. They do all their homework.
Doesn't mean Barkley is right either. He didn't start the game so he can't of been designated from the outset. Unless when he comes on to the pitch he takes them over every other player (which seems odd as his last one was three years ago)Because they think otherwise. Doesn't mean they're right.
It's treachery by Lampard who left his players fending for themselves. So it's weak management by Lampard right?
I'd go as far as to say Barkley committed high treason and should be sent down for life. It's treachery by Lampard who left his players fending for themselves.
Poor leadershipSo Lampard says that Barkley is the designated penalty taker no matter if he starts or comes on as a sub..
Ok so why is Jorginho, Abraham and Willian pestering him before he takes it and trying to get the ball off him?
Bizarre.
Well no one knows the answer to your question. What I did say; however, is that Barkley took a lot during pre season, so like Ole said with Rashford and Pogba swapping, could also be the case with Barkley and Jorginho. Guessing Lampard will shed more light on it in his post match conference. That's not the point

Barkley is a proper traitor.
Noooo. Lampard was being really clever there. He devised a great plan to confuse the goalkeeper by instructing his players to argue over the penalty. It didn't work this time but will work the next 99 times. ...What's happened here?
Why is Barkley taking it when Jorginho is the penalty taker and a specialist?
Massive conversations beforehand with Willian and Jorginho seemingly telling Barkley they wanted it. Is Lampard weak not having this decided before the game?
Because he missed a pen?Barkley is really awful.
God no. Because he’s a-bit wank.Because he missed a pen?
Awful is harsh but he has never even come close to fulfilling his ability. His football IQ is severely limited and always will be.Because he missed a pen?
To quote the great Johan Cruyff: Before I make a mistake, I don't make that mistake.Poor leadership
I was joking.... For the sake of argument, I will answer you though. If the line of penalty takers is crystal clear then there is zero argument among players because Lampard would have taken care of it before. Managers can spare themselves these moments by ordering the players to follow his command and respect his main taker. As simply as thatTo quote the great Johan Cruyff: Before I make a mistake, I don't make that mistake.
The mistake was Ross Barkley putting himself above the team to take the penalty. Frank Lampard has 0 control over who takes what in the heat of the game. It has absolutely nothing to do with his leadership abilities that Barkley ignores his teammates and proceeds to kick the ball onto some poor guys carwindow outside the stadium.
God no. Because he’s a-bit wank.
I disagree but everyone's entitled to their opinions.God no. Because he’s a-bit wank.
Something is not right
I’ve always thought he’s a-bit of a nothing player who can have the odd good game, get a goal every now and again. I was amazed Chelsea bought him. Always thought he was destined for the likes of West Ham.I disagree but everyone's entitled to their opinions.
It’s when they keep taking them after missing so many I have an issue.I don’t have a problem with anybody missing a penalty. They’re so difficult and goalkeepers these days are so agile. They do all their homework.
Aguero vs Burnley just the other wek, albeit after a retake and not much of an argument but Sterling was on a hat-trick.Has anyone ever scored a penalty that two players argued over? I swear they are more often than not misses.
Blimey. Guess that’s one way to ease his disappointment.I think on the replay there it looked like Willian was the only one being an arse. Jorginho gave him a fist pump and Abraham looked like he was giving advice on where to put it.
