I'll seriously start to question former Chelsea season ticket holder Sir Jim Ratcliffes motives if we sign him. He's injury prone and clearly struggles with the physicality of the Premier League.

Even without all the red flags, how does this make sense for us given the position he plays and we just got Cunha there

If he was available super cheap I would be tempted to take a punt. He would probably fit well into Amorim's system and if he rediscovered his form would be good competition for Cunha and Mbeumo.

If the plan for Amad really is RWB, we could do worse than having Cunha/Mbeumo/Nkunku for those 10 positions. It suits all three of them and means we could actually make meaningful changes in games. That is something we have been missing for a long time.
And if it allows us to register a 60-70 million sale for Garnacho, instead of a 30-40 million one, that is good for the rebuild too!

Please God no. Too old, too expensive and just not good enough. There are much better options out there.
