Another one bites the United dust
I genuinely just really really don't like himLike any of us know what that means. It could be a terrible decision for all we know.![]()
Wonder what the next reshuffle will look like in 6 months

Why?Hopefully, Brailsford will be nowhere near United for a very long time, indeed.
I thought it was announced a while back that Brailsford would be scaling back his involvement with United?
Both really. I was under the impression they both planned on being very hands-on during the first year or so, and then stepping back to their normal INEOS Sport roles. You may be mistaking Brailsford for Jean-Claude Blanc.
HahaThank you for the marginal gains Sir Dave.
The evidence was there at Nice for all to see. They are clueless about football.I can't lie INEOS have had an absolute mare since they've come in. The best in class shtick has already been debunked. Just a shit show from them
What a year to remember, great work.
Bravo sirHaha
More like marginal points
People just wanted a change after years of Glazer mismanagement, which isn't surprising, particularly when the other alternative seemed to be Qatar.INEOS, as predicted, are fully on the way to completely ruining this club.
And some fans actually longed for this.

It certainly feels like plus ça change though.
Brailsford was always going to be a background consultant or part of the transitional team as INEOS got the actual people who will run things in and now that the likes of Berrada, Wilcox and Vivell have been here about a year, he can step back since they’re settled in.
I think any new technical director they may wish to appoint will be a younger, inexperienced name that isn’t going to excite fans necessarily.
Yep. They literally can’t win with some fans because the same people moaning about this change we’re probably also negative about him being involved with the club.I dont understand why people are getting so up in arms about this..
Brailsford has been INEOS's man for years and when we got taken over, he was brought in to help SRJ build a structure.. Now they feel they have the structure, Brailsford can step back into his former role.

It seems pretty obvious that he’s come in to help manage the change and is stepping back now they’re happy with the structure.
But what experience Brailsford does have in building a structure of football team?I dont understand why people are getting so up in arms about this..

From reports he was involved in two major decisions - sticking with ETH and bringing in Ashworth. Both now gone.
The first one "in hindsight" was a shocking decision. At least the latter I give him some credit for as it was crucial and IMO top appointment for the long term but its a moot point now anyway.
He had no clue who Berrada was and it was Omar picking up Wilcox. Not sure Brailsford ever discussed with Vivell at any point.
To claim that Brailsford did help SRJ to build a structure is, sorry, just nonsense.
It's like the famous saying "History is written by the winners! (Holding medical exemption certificates behind their backs)"A total aside - I'm doing a leadership course at the moment and part of it was all about marginal gains and the stuff that Team Sky did - for some odd reason being massive drugs cheat wasn't really mentioned in the course as being a marginal gain. Funny that.

It's just pure coincidence that the profession in the world with the highest incidence of asthma suffers is pro cycling
