I really think so too. Certainly not best in class. They're a mid table management team

It makes no difference who we sign when we keep hiring useless managers who haven't got a clue how to build a team to get the best out of them.Amorim is awful and needs to go ASAP, but are people ready to talk about how it was another poor transfer window? Everyone was raving about it but I'm not seeing it with Sesko, Cunha or Mbeumo. Lammens looks alright, though.
Until they start bringing in players who are technically sound in tight spaces, it won't matter who our manager is. Both are huge problems that need addressing.
This. Ed fecking Woodward is world class CEO/DOF for these frauds.Ed Woodward had far far more standards than these bunch.
probably to save a 100 posts asking for a pollWhy is the Ruben thread locked?
I agree with the first part, but having such a poor squad from a technical POV also hinders whoever succeeds Amorim. It makes no difference who we sign when we keep hiring useless managers who haven't got a clue how to build a team to get the best out of them.
Give Cunha and Mbuemo to Klopp and they'd look class
Mbeumo is good, albeit not tonight. Cunha I expect to improve. Big reservations over Dorgu & Zirkzee, and early signs on Sesko are mixed. Doesn’t fill you with confidence on the future spending. Question their football vision especially when combined with the backing of the manager and the awful football being served up.Amorim is awful and needs to go ASAP, but are people ready to talk about how it was another poor transfer window? Yeah sorry, poorly worded replay by me. The red mist had descended. You just repeated what I said. Why do we even blame the manager at this stage. It's on the clueless board.

Points. They look at table and see us few points behind CL spot. Also, we have run of 4 wins, 3 draws and 1 defeat which on paper looks very good.I just dont understand what are they thinking?
Can anyone who has a better understanding of football clubs management can explain what are they exactly waiting for. He just showed us that has zero capability to take this club forward every time we get the chance to make a step forward, it happened in the final in may, it happens every time our rivals drop points and we follow that by dropping points against shitty teams like Everton and Westham at OT.
European final. As bad as Woody was, finishing 15th and losing an EL final vs Spurs would be too much. Just a step too far removed from his Disney World visions. If Ed was still here. When do you think he would've sacked him? European final or?
Was there no one on the planet other than INEOS and fake Qatar prince that wanted to buy us. We have gotten extremely unlucky twice with owners.
I wish that Finnish guy (Zilliacus) had bought us.Was there no one on the planet other than INEOS and fake Qatar prince that wanted to buy us. We have gotten extremely unlucky twice with owners.

Nobody wants, despite how much money they have, overpay something by 500 million or more. Glazers valuation for whole club was just insane. Was there no one on the planet other than INEOS and fake Qatar prince that wanted to buy us. We have gotten extremely unlucky twice with owners.
That's putting it kindly. Even mid table teams have higher standards. They're a mid table management team
Think there is an Interpol red notice out for himI wish that Finnish guy (Zilliacus) had bought us.
Well shit.Think there is an Interpol red notice out for him
Woodward would've sacked him after the Europa final, but on the flip side we'd be left with plenty of handpicked deadwood specific to Amorim's system. If Ed was still here. When do you think he would've sacked him? European final or?
Sounds like he'll have no problem passing the PL "fit and proper test" then.Think there is an Interpol red notice out for him
Before that probably, but Yes, he would not have been in the job 5 minutes after the final. If Ed was still here. When do you think he would've sacked him? European final or?

I can't believe I would ever say this about Woodward, but even he had a minimum standard.
This. People just fell on their insane PR shit. "Best people in business", all these interviews where they are saying exactly what fans want to hear.......world class frauds.INEOS have been a complete and utter disaster from start to finish.
But it’s okay cos they’re gonna build us this fantasy stadium, to go with their fantasy PL title in 2028.
Absolute con artists.
Win the league 2028 with the best in class. At least Disneyland was an ambition, albeit a dumb one. What exactly is our ambition right now?
Think Mickey Mouse being our next manager is more likely than that tbhWin the league 2028 with the best in class.

Non relegationAt least Disneyland was an ambition, albeit a dumb one. What exactly is our ambition right now?
Yes they changed the culture, we were top 6 team. Now we are midtable.Changing the culture don't you know
