It makes no difference who we sign when we keep hiring useless managers who haven't got a clue how to build a team to get the best out of them.

Give Cunha and Mbuemo to Klopp and they'd look class

I agree with the first part, but having such a poor squad from a technical POV also hinders whoever succeeds Amorim.

We need to improve on both if we are to get anywhere.

Mbeumo is good, albeit not tonight. Cunha I expect to improve. Big reservations over Dorgu & Zirkzee, and early signs on Sesko are mixed. Doesn’t fill you with confidence on the future spending. Question their football vision especially when combined with the backing of the manager and the awful football being served up.
 
I just dont understand what are they thinking?

Can anyone who has a better understanding of football clubs management explain what are they exactly waiting for? He just showed us that he has zero capability to take this club forward every time we get the chance to make a step forward, it happened in the final in may, it happens every time our rivals drop points and we follow that by dropping points against shitty teams like Everton and Westham at OT.

Points. They look at table and see us few points behind CL spot. Also, we have run of 4 wins, 3 draws and 1 defeat which on paper looks very good.

They are stats people. Ffs, they bought Dorgu and Ugarte, two players who can't even control bloody football, based on stats.

European final. As bad as Woody was, finishing 15th and losing an EL final vs Spurs would be too much. Just a step too far removed from his Disney World visions.

I think there might have been more interest if we had genuinely been available for a full sale but certain members of the family did not want to give up control and the cash realized from the minority sale has bought them a few more years with their noses in the trough.

They're scared of being wrong and looking incompetent.

Even though they've already got it wrong, and we all know they have, they are just clinging onto blind hope... and wasting everyone's time in the process

Nobody wants, despite how much money they have, overpay something by 500 million or more. Glazers valuation for whole club was just insane.

As i said back then, absolutely the worst scenario happened. We didn't get rid of Glazers and got these clowns on top of that. Until we get new owner (single owner of whole club) we are fecked.
 
INEOS have been a complete and utter disaster from start to finish.

But it’s okay cos they’re gonna build us this fantasy stadium, to go with their fantasy PL title in 2028.

Woodward would've sacked him after the Europa final, but on the flip side we'd be left with plenty of handpicked deadwood specific to Amorim's system.

Woodwards execution was usually a disaster but you can’t say the man wasn’t ambitious. Or didnt have standards.

INEOS seem to just be the worst of everything.

My personal favourite PR bullshit nonsense was their ‘putting the Manchester back in Manchester United’ whatever the feck that even means.

Before quickly proceeding to then fire half the Manchester based workforce.
 
The only track record INEOS have in football is one of failure , this is just a continuation of that. They don't know what they are doing.

Agree, there is a complete disregard for the midfield, ability & acceleration in tight spaces.

Not selling Bruno in the summer tells us a lot about them.
