3. Let's say 4 subs (no keeper) for a separate 30M

4. Assume everyone stays healthy, so even if you pick Harry Kane or uh Darren Anderton he plays in all games

This team should be able to win it...

• 5 of the players have won the Champions League in recent years and 6 have reached the final, so they have the requisite astuteness.
• Quite a few leaders and tough characters with loads of big stage experience.
• Two of the best attackers in club football this season to lead the line.
• Romero has an outstanding record in the Europa League (9 goals conceded in 21 games or something like that), and seemed to be a no-brainer at just €3.5 million.
• Tempted to sign Bruno (€60.00m) instead of Papu by cutting corners in other positions (e.g. Chiellini is available for €5m and Carvajal was a bit of luxury), but that might have been superfluous as Ilicić has a wonderful understanding with the latter in Atalanta's blistering attack.

Rationale:
-Same old guy bargains as others
-Spanish speaking back 4 except James', as I felt I needed a double digits assists fullback and I think he's there already quality-wise
-Buendia might seem odd since he never scores, but he's constantly open and available so I think he can help get the ball to the playmakers like Ilicic and Di Maria and the secondary ones in Savanier and James to set up Vardy and Ilicic the main goalscorers
-Reguilon looks great whenever I see him and he's been one of Sevilla's better players
-Spent big on Partey because I think you need a star midfielder to have the best odds to win in Europe and I think he's maybe the best around
-Savanier is cheap because he's 30 and doesn't want to move but he's been a top 10 Ligue 1 player again and a nice compliment to Partey as a more offensive type but one who still plays in a midfield 2
