Saw him live in 2002 and he was hands down the best live performer I've seen since Prince.

Had a super tight band back in the 'Voodoo' days with Pino Paladino on bass and ?uestlove on drums.

Wrote the RDR2 classic

Can even take Smokey Robinson classics and tear the roof off
