He needs to have a look at himself. Conte, Sarri and Lampard did not like him. Then you have his disastrous loan spells under Dyche and Smith. So he has failed under five managers, which is some feat.

not really was all his own fault, he was an "odd character" according to Nigel Pearson, he was looked after and protected at Leicester, wasn't going to get that at Chelsea
Being allowed to play in a midfield with Kanté must have been the luckiest thing ever happening to him. He was a average Premier League midfielder at best but managed to be signed by Chelsea.
