A clean bone break is a pretty simple injury, relatively speaking. Ligaments are a lot more fiddly. Is a cruciate worse than a broken leg? Thinking of Shaw's.
Could be 24 as well, you can't predict something like that. Each player recovers differently from a long-term injury.Already 23, could be 26 before he becomes consistent again, at that point it might be too late.
Who else got injured? Two cruciate injuries in a week for them, that's awful.
Cruciate is ligament, which I think heals very slowly (or doesn't at all?), compared to a bone fracture, which heals pretty quick. A bone fracture is just visually scarierIs a cruciate worse than a broken leg? Thinking of Shaw's.
Joe Gomez is out for the season, got injured on international duty with England's U21s.Who else got injured?
You're correct.

Joe Gomez, a defender. Looked pretty good at the start of the season too.Who else got injured?

Oh dear, that's awful for him tooJoe Gomez, a defender. Looked pretty good at the start of the season too.
I think so. Ligaments seem to be the worst type of injuries. Is a cruciate worse than a broken leg? Thinking of Shaw's.
Ings' happened in Liverpool training. On a less flippant note, did the injury happen on England duty? Blows my mind that full international matches can be played on a plastic pitch.
Ah. Mind you, most of the damage could have been done in the previous game. That's what happened to me. I played two 90 minute games on a plastic pitch in quick succession and felt a nagging pain in my knee after the second game. 5 minutes into my next game... "Pop"Ings' happened in Liverpool training.
So painful you have to mention twiceOh ffs! @green_smiley feel your pain now.
This post needs more love..Well I hope Ings can only get better
