15 appearances and 11 clean sheets.
Well deserved after pretty much being our WC player for the last three seasons.

Back row. Singing.
Quality again. Did everything he had to do really well, his focus was top notch and his distribution was good. Couple of tricky saves made to look easy.

As good as there is in the world at the minute for me.

Made everything look easy last night. He is so good at the moment. I'd say hes in the best run of form hes ever had for us. His standards are so high anyway but hes just been incredible this season

Maybe Jose's tactics are genius You'd fancy us to win any match with a low number of chances given the sheer mission it is to beat him.

Makes this keeping thing look easier than it should.
Is this in response to the Hazard shot? Funny time to bump the thread considering he parried it straight back in to a dangerous is area.

How the hell is he 27? Not a boy anymore. Let's get this lad some trophies asap so he wants to see out his best years with us.

27?! Better offload him in the summer, he'll be needing a medical ventilator soon now that he is nearing that dreaded 30 mark.

Saw it in the Chelsea game as well as this game.. When our defenders pass it back and under pressure, he hoofs it and it inevitably leads to losing possession and getting the pressure back on to us..

Did it during initial stages of the game.. By the end of the game though he was throwing the ball around and starting off some good counter attacks.. His distribution definitely picked up at the end..

You can't blame when he gets the ball under pressure from the opposing player, he must get rid of it as quickly as possible instead of looking to pass it to someone till it get cut from him and we concede.

I'm not blaming him.. But during games like the one against Chelsea,he can be a calming influence by slowing the tempo down a bit maybe.. I guess that's sort of the next area he can work on.. At the same time having Fellaini on seems to help him a lot, with us winning most of his kicks..

That is 100% manager instructions sadly. He's a cracking footballer and under LVG he rarely hoofed, Mourinho obviously wants it this way.

A lot is being made of our attack, but im so glad hes not man of the match every game now. And hes getting clean sheets hes deserved for his past performances for us.
To have only conceded one goal at home in the league is quite something to be proud off.

It's a bit of a shame he has only 1 PL medal so far in his time here considering the level of performances he has shown. We are so lucky to have him and I hope that the team continues to improve so we can win some proper silverware.
