Big call.£100m is pretty ghastly, but I think he's a better player than Bellingham.

Yes, I think Deschamps actually missed a trick early. Mbappe likes to get very central and he really doesn't support the left flank. So a wingback was always needed, not a more defensive left back like Lucas Hernandez. This is supported by Pavard ( he looks pretty good technically) being very defensive on the right and Dembele being able to take up all the running on the right. The good thing is Coman is pretty similar too and Kounde can do a similar job to Pavard on the right. That Theo Hernandez change for L Hernandez was such a bless for France.
They look so much better with Theo than with his brother.
His full sprint reminds me so much of pre-injury Ronaldo Nazario.Mbappe’s acceleration is a cheat code.
Rabiot has done feck all outside of his 2 contributions. He missed so many chances earlier he's not even the best player in this game, thats Rabiot.

Mbappé will likely beat it but yeah. Giroud is guaranteed to be remembered.51st goal for France. Giroud is a legend
Embarrassment of riches. And they still have the likes of Coman on the benchFrance’s PL-free forward line is still scary despite missing Nkunku and Benzema…
If he plays long enough, he should smash it. I've always the record number of goals for France was too lowMbappé will likely beat it but yeah. Giroud is guaranteed to be remembered.
Disgusting how much talent they produce.France’s PL-free forward line is still scary despite missing Nkunku and Benzema…
The opposite. Can’t function without booze.Has Danny Murphy found the beer? He's blabbering and slurring everywhere.
tbh, noone questions his talent. its the antics that put most people off.Guys in the other thread saying they don’t want Mbappe must be cringing..
Looks a pen to me.
He is. Chelsea are biting themselves for ending up without a viable CF at this moment.Giroud got better as he aged IMO. Seems more reliable than at Arsenal.
The Mexican fans were the best in Russia too.FT whistle couldn’t have come soon enough! Saudi Arabia will be massively fancying their chances of qualifying from this group as these two look utter shite. It’s a pity as the Mexican fans have been great.
Mbappe is different class . He’s taking the piss there tonight. Would love him at OT.Guys in the other thread saying they don’t want Mbappe must be cringing..
He’s like one of the best players in the world, you take him no matter what.tbh, noone questions his talent. its the antics that put most people off.
I think Lucas is very good, but he wasn't having a good game here when going forward.Yes, I think Deschamps actually missed a trick early. How slow is your stream?Looks a pen to me.
Great team player. But didn't think Arsenal's style suited him, after all didn't he go months without scoring. There was one CL game where he cost them the tie.Giroud got better as he aged IMO. Seems more reliable than at Arsenal.
I always believe Giroud is a better player for Mbappe and Griezmann than Benzema in a front 3.Embarrassment of riches. And they still have the likes of Coman on the bench
Why did Chelsea even let him go? IIRC, he was a reliable goal-scorer for them.He is. Chelsea are biting themselves for ending up without a viable CF at this moment.
it is the tactic in Arsenal didn't work well with a targetman, and Giroud is a great great target man.Great team player. But didn't think Arsenal's style suited him, after all didn't he go months without scoring. There was one CL game where he cost them the tie.
Especially since they had this better version of Giroud. In fact he improved with them if I'm not mistaken. He is. Chelsea are biting themselves for ending up without a viable CF at this moment.
May as well go even further and ask why Arsenal got rid of himWhy did Chelsea even let him go? IIRC, he was a reliable goal-scorer for them.
