Japan’s long balls to their attacking line have been atrocious. They are either over hit or off target. They should stick to passing on the ground. Germany and Spain to go through in this group as anticipated

Yep. They just need to beat Costa Rica last game and hope Spain beat Japan. Then it’ll come down to goal difference between all 3 of them. You’d imagine Germany can score a couple at least against C Rica which would see them through.

Just not Japan's day, is it? Soft goal let in by the midget keeper and just can't get things going. They're far better when not making the game. Unfortunately at this level you should be able to prise open a defence.
