Definitely needs to get benched for the remaining of the season, and then decide to permanently bin him, or start the new season with him. He was briefly benched on his first 2 seasons to come stronger, so probably needs some tough love again. Obviously, if Romero does well, then De Gea needs to wait in order to get his position back.

He needs to be sold. Plain and simple.

Really don't think so, maybe Kepa is pushing him? Crazy how common it seems to be with him now and it seems like it's been for too long to just be a confidence issue. A real shadow of his former self.
