Having a shocker of a season after being very good last season sadly. He's lucky we have no other fit fullbacks.

He has been overplayed though and is probably physically and mentally shot. Abject failure of recruitment not to bring in a new LB.
Same would apply to Bruno no? Nobody's hearing that though... it's just bad form guys

Remember Gerrard lifting a penalty over the bar away at Blackburn that cost Hodgson his job. At the time I remember saying he missed it on purpose because Gerrard always went low and hard with his penalties.

I'm sorry but Dalot has been shocking this season, constantly letting players get the run on him and then that miss yesterday. He didn't even look remotely bothered either which says a lot. I'm not saying he's blatantly missed it but if a player is half arsed and not bothered this stuff happens.

Footballers now control the managers position, Rashford walked round that pitch yesterday like he didn't want to be part of the game.

Certain players had given up, totally given up for their manager. I wanted him gone so it's not an issue but these players that did it need selling asap because they are part of the problem.

I think he’s getting way too much stick for that miss (not for the failing to track back, which is really poor). There’s at least one West Ham defender running back in with the likely intention of sliding towards the near post. The pussy option would have been to hit it low towards the goal. It’ll very likely get blocked but he wouldn’t get much criticism for that. He went for the difficult option- unsaveable at that height and speed if it’s on target. I think it’s unfair to criticise. Far far better players than him have got underneath a bouncing ball and missed.

Dalot is not good enough to miss on purpose.

He's been poor this season, very inconsistent, whilst also showing a little of the qualities that we saw from last season. However, if Amorin comes in, it could be massive for Dalot. As a RWB or even as the third CB, he's tailor made for this. It's fair to question his attacking productivity but at RWB, his main role will be providing width, overlaps, pressing, holding the ball, carrying it in open space and keeping defensive shape i.e all things he can do a high technical and physical level.

I can accept his miss which he should be scoring but I swear nearly every game he is losing his man and we’re conceding the same goal with him holding his arm in the air apologetically, I understand we’re struggling with rb/lb but surely this needs to be addressed it’s becoming a joke.

Man Utd 1:1 Chelsea New
Another questionable performance against Chelsea. His lack of defensive awareness is shocking. As the ball drops to caicedo watch Dalot move to his left to give him a clear shot at goal.

Needs to watch Maz and how effective he's been, don't think he's had a bad game yet

I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt. I do also think we're asking too much of him. We're trying this same move where Rashford pulls deep and Dalot is on the last line with every game now. One game we ask him to stay back like today, the next he is overlapping, the next he is inverting. Some games he does all of these.

Don't think he has the defensive reading skills to play RCB, so he's probably got to be turn himself into a quality wingback under Amorim, and maybe him being a fullback type means we can go extra attacking at LWB (Garnacho, new signing, Amass, lots of options here, Antony even if you're a sicko, Mantato eventually if he makes it as my understanding is he is supposed to be Saka/Bale-esque in terms of positions as an RW/LWB type positionally).

Bit more reserved than usual today, he didn't seem to trust his abilities on the half turn and avoiding the press which he's usually very good at. Think the confidence has taken a knock after the West Ham miss and probably being a bit knackered from playing every game this season, but he was ok nonetheless.
