I get irritated by Dalot and I’m ambivalent about his future here, but it’s silly to play down the things he is actually good at. He’s probably the best defender we have at getting out of the press, is comfortable on both feet, great stamina and he’s quick. We don’t have many options for the wingback role either.

In a back 4 under Ten Haag, he was one of our top performers, under the current setup, he plays like he's not understanding what he's meant to be a good bit of the time.

I think it's a chance for Amass to prove himself. He's done well in the last games, but the next UEL games will be crucial. Dorgu can easily play as RWB. There's a straightforward solution to this problem, which would let Mazraoui play in an even more suitable position for him than RCB. Unfortunately, Amorim will never do it.

We could play Amass or Shaw on the left, while Dorgu starts on the right. I know, it's a gamble but probably better than using Maz as a RWB as he is completely useless on that position.
