Goal is on him. I do understand the sub as Amad was missing the man constantly but as a defender you should know whats happening around you.
 
I despise him. I don’t get all deep about players but he’s got to be the most infuriating player we’ve had in years.
 
Was only on the pitch due to cowardice, and cost us.
 
Was Amad injured? I hope not

Can we not just go and get Vanderson? At least it will be exciting for our right sided attack?
 
So utterly lackadaisical today. He is suppose to be one of the leaders in the locker room and he does that!

I would literally take any RB in the PL over him, and that including an over the hill Seamus Coleman.

How have Arsenal got two excellent RBs and LBs yet we have none!?
 
He is fecking shite. I absolutely hate seeing him on the pitch. I will celebrate when he finally leaves this club.
 
Pretty sure Amad did more defensively than him.

Dalot as one of Amorim's leaders sums both up. Both are overpromoted and don't belong at this level.
 
He's supposed to be the defensive option out of him and Amad. And then he fecks up a simple clearance. No awareness, no attacking talent and defensive lapses. Just a nothing player.
 
Some of these players need a slap in the face before they come on the pitch - they are in dreamworld, Ugarte last week.
 
Another one approaching lifer status here despite being wank. Him, Jones, Shaw, Lindelof. We love paying underperforming/injury riddled players for a decade or more.
 
It was the right sub and he did improve our play down the right, however yes trying a turn in that position and losing the ball was an error leading to the goal. Another error with our defenders and midfield not dealing with the cross or tracking Smith Rowe
 
I genuinely despise watching him play. He's a shit footballer, defender whatever you want to call it. He is so braindead as well. Can't believe he's one of the "leaders", he might be a great character off the field, don't care, because he's a shit character and player on it. He costs us goals by messing up chances by taking braindead potshots, mess up crossing chances or just lose it easily and agains us by exactly what he did today lose it in such a stupid way or pass it directly to the opposition.

An underperforming Amad(not that he was this match) is still 10x the player Dalot is.
 
Is he any better than Amad defensively? Kept being told he is and that's why he started against Arsenal.

Only time to bring Dalot on for Amad is when we're seeing out a game.
 
4 years ago Ole sent him and loan because he wanted rid. Amazing how he keeps surviving.
 
If he was half as good as he thinks he is we’d be watching the greatest full back to ever play the game. Unfortunately he’s just shite. And a managers favourite.

We have/had so many of these. No other big club would tolerate such mediocrity.
 
I understand wanting to sub Amad, he hasn't started the season very well, but Dalot offers so little going forward and and his stupidity at the back has cost us yet again.

He's a great example of just how poor our squad depth is still.
 
Where are his fanboys who constantly say he's one of our better players?
I dont understand Amorim, what was he expecting when he brings him on. He's pure shit, always has been

The loss of possession for their goal is just so pathetic.

It's these scenarios where I wonder why we're not brave and try sell these players who have decent value and just replace them. I can only assume the reason we don't is for the sake of squad continuity, but if you focus on continuity you'll just continue to be shite.
 
Said it about Rashford with ten Hag, and it's the same with Dalot and Amorim. You can't carry favourites in the PL, it'll cost you your job in the end.
 
Bad today but I still think he fits the system better than Amad as he does not get in the way of Mbeumo that much and tries to overlap.

Wrong. He was always that bad, we just had worse players around him that were made the scapegoat for his feck ups. He’s consistently shit.

He’s not a footballer, he’s an athlete.

People keep forgetting that the only reason he’s still here is because Woodward and co re-signed him to protect his value before his contract ran out. At a well ran club, he would have been allowed to leave instead of us extending this liability.

When he tried that stupid turn and lost possession I screamed at the telly "just f**king take the ball in!" A simple control and lay it off to a teammate.

10 seconds later Fulham equalise.

Why can't our players just do the basics of football?
 
He's been at the club far too long, for me he's in the same gang as Lindelof who finally we managed to get out. I don't see it with Dalot, and at this point I don't think I ever will.
 
That sheer arrogance/stupidity to take that kind of touch there is just beyond me.
 
Amad didn’t have the best game by by god Dalot was shocking. Amad has that RWB locked in for now.
