The short answer to that is yes.
There are 3 options that I can think off
The older striker. My favorites in this category would be
1. Mateta. EPL proven. Has 1 year left in his contract.
2.Muriqi - 32 years old, 6ft4 giant of recently relegated Mallorca. He was 2nd top scorer in La Liga
3. Lewandowski - free agent, great player, amazing mentor for Sesko and Chido
The loanee
1. Jackson - Had experience in the EPL and he was on loan at Bayern
2. Goncalo Ramos - a great finisher who is surplus to requirement at PSG
3. Delap - Wilcox favorite. He'd probably be available on loan
Not him again.Victor Osimhen is most underrated and best player not in a big 5 league. And maybe He doesn't need space. He is built for the prem. His shot is something else. His headers are too.
There are rumors that Chelsea are going to make a loan deal to get him. He will be a right pain to play against. Good thing Arsenal signed the wrong Victor. Otherwise they probably would be a dynasty
This
He tore his ACL.What about Samu of Porto?
completely agreeCan't believe some are mentioning Thiago oder Alvarez who would cost 60-120M€. We're obviously not going to spend that money on a additional striker. And Bowen ist also not a CF. He's a Winger, just like Mbeumo. I'am 100% sure we want go for another traditional CF like Sesko but, as Withwell said, an experienced one. But I am also sure that we won't sign the likes of Jimenez, Wellbeck or fecking Vardy because they are too old. It's not only about what they've done but also what they can give in the next 2-3 years.
I see three premier league experienced CFs who are not too old and could help us for at least three years and are gettable for probably less then 30M€: Richarlison, Mateta and Watkins.
That's who I'd go for at the right priceWe should target mateta
Demand big wages though i thinkVictor Osimhen is most underrated and best player not in a big 5 league. And maybe He doesn't need space. He is built for the prem. His shot is something else. His headers are too.

Good post.
Of these players, I think I would prefer Richarlison.
And while I agree with your rationale and it seems likely the club will do just that, I’m really not sure we should go down the route of bringing in a an average, experienced striker. Why not just do what all other top clubs to; use Mbeumo or Cunha there if Sesko is injured or we need another option.
I would also repeat that Darwin Nunez would be a decent option for free. I know it is not very realistic.
Richarlison is a backup at Tottenham currently. I think he would be delighted to join a way bigger Club like Manchester United where he can play in the champions league alongside Cunha and Ederson. Also he's free to compete with Sesko, no one says he HAS to sit on the bench if he's surprisingly banging in goal after goal.Don't see the point if they don't improve us, and Richarlison isn't coming to be back-up.
Might as well just play Mbeumo as back-up striker considering the alternatives available. Striker market is genuinely tragic these days.
Ndiaye
Will cost an arm and a legGet Kroupi, can play across the front line, knows the league and could be special
Nunez can’t even make the squad in a Saudi team right now. He’s rubbish.Good post.

In think with his knees, he'll welcome the break.I’d go Welbeck, if not Mateta (but I’d feel he’s less likely to understand that he’s second fiddle to Sesko).
I just don’t see either coming though.

He's not backup at Spurs, is he? Seemed to start most of their games last season. Richarlison is also capable of playing across all three attacking positions, so he wouldn't just be limited to rotating with Sesko. He'd arguably be the most versatile of all our attacking options. I will say though that he seems to have been picking up a few injuries these last couple of years, especially hamstring injuries. That'd be a worry for the future, and I haven't really watched him to see if that's had an impact on his game (indeed I haven't really watched him much since he left Everton).Richarlison is a backup at Tottenham currently. With oshimhen our profits would decrease and Jim would fire more staffWith Oshiemen, we could win the league
The only reason he is on those wages in Turkey is because all big clubs refused to buy himDemand big wages though i think
I don't mind Nunez.Good post.

I've only seen him play a handful of times but he gave me the impression that he might just suit the PL.Blimey not heard that name for a while
I wouldn't say back-up. 32 appearances in the league and nearly 2000 minutes. He's playing a fair bit, and I would not want him ahead of Sesko. If we can get him for 30m, I would take him, but don't think that's realistic when talking about Spurs.Richarlison is a backup at Tottenham currently.
