Take a look at the second goal and his assist for the third....
Will only do that IF we actually try and sign him

Despite the insistence from Romano it's stay in Saudi or retire maybe we do a Falcao in 2014 and offer deal
I'm not so sure he would late in his career, will we really try to sign another injured player after Baleba though? He will ask massive wages. No point.
Mateta seems obvious one as backup. Or can go for a younger punt.
No wonder the fanbase believe all that Ineos says. Then you deserve to fight in the middle of the table.Thankfully you aren’t in charge of transfers.
Why would you go and pay £100m + for a player who clearly doesn’t want to sign for anyone bar Barcelona.
It would go against the whole ethos of what INEOS are trying to do which is only sign players who actually genuinely want to be at United.
If Alvarez doesn’t want to play for Arsenal
I see absolutely no reason why he’d want to play for us.
How am I “believing all that INEOS says?”No wonder the fanbase believe all that Ineos says. Then you deserve to fight in the middle of the table.
I meant someone like Alvarez, instead of always looking for the cheap version.
Sometimes the cheap option isn't the right. Pay up and get Kane, but prefer to save a few millions then get Højlund and Zirkzee and still be mid-table in attack.
Instead of saving money and buying Ugarte etc, go get Neves or Rice.
Wouldn't pay what Haaland was priced at during the Solskjær era.
We are broke, due to Glazers and wrong transfers. Wrong transfers are not just the big ones like Antony. It's also all the smaller fees for players like Ugarte, Dorgu etc. Wake up, or stay in la la land fighting Brighton for 6th.
You acknowledge that we’re broke but advocate spending the way to the topNo wonder the fanbase believe all that Ineos says. Then you deserve to fight in the middle of the table.

Yeah clearly he can't see the money isn't thereYou acknowledge that we’re broke but advocate spending the way to the top
There's probably a reason why Juventus have identified both of those players together, they're very similar in profile. Neither look like proper strikers and both look too slow to make it in this league. He wouldn't be an upgrade and I doubt Newcastle would do business with us anyway.Juve want Zirkzee and have Woltemade as back up option it seems.
Here’s a wild shout, what about Woltemade on loan for a year? Was banging the goals in when he first came to the Prem then tapered off, maybe he could rediscover that form if he joined a better team?
Definite no from me. Thought he was really poor for Newcastle. He had a good start so many seem to think he did well but he looked very poor after the first couple weeks. Don't trust him to score goals for us. There are better options that seem to be on the market still.Juve want Zirkzee and have Woltemade as back up option it seems.

Well never mind, guess we’re stuck with Zirkzee then
Because he hasn't got the hold up play, bullying ability or goalscoring we need for that particular roleIf we are stuck with Zirzkee, why can't the coaching staff work with him to make him more into a traditional number 9?

Yeah a proper kick in the guts for our hopesWell that's probably no new striker. Fingers crossed for lb

Agreed. But beggars can't be choosers. If we are stuck with him, then work with him to make him into the striker we need.Because he hasn't got the hold up play, bullying ability or goalscoring we need for that particular role
Looks like we spoke too soon. Juve seemingly going for both Woltemade and Zirkzee. The new striker dream isn't dead yet
That tweet and another one came after the Woltemade to Juve being basically confirmed tweets. Don't think we know yet whether it's just one or the other. They might want both. It’s one or the other, not both.
Unfortunately we probably sold on himSounds like Richarlison isn't sold on the Everton move. Wouldn't mind him on loan tbh.
The age and potential wages will scare us away, would have still took Mateta despite the injury but brassicBring Benzema to the Theatre

I will never understand signing himSo Zirkzee rejects Fiorentina only to be rejected by his only other option Juve? Well, for depth reasons, maybe better he stays as I doubt we would have signed a replacment this summer
It was not a bad signing at the time I felt. Team of the year and young player of the season for a decent price. Did not work out though so a shame we dont manage to sell him like other teams manage to doI will never understand signing him
The way they play it’s odd that they pivoted to a forward who is weak in the airInteresting that all of Arsenals scouting last summer pointed to Sesko being the striker to sign.
Then Berta joined Arsenal and pivoted them to Gyokeres instead.

I think the whole article is a subtle dig at Berta and his operations, and how he operates. The way they play it’s odd that they pivoted to a forward who is weak in the air
