I don't think you understand what's the project of the club when Ole took in charge and how it was planned. The project is about build a team to compete and it never be completed in two summer window. RW, CB & improving squad depth are equally important in Ole's list to complete the project. At no point have I stated otherwise. Just that it’s far more important to get the right RW than another midfielder. Going round in circles now.
Some posters just dont see the big picture. They see a starting XI. There is a guy in the Sancho thread saying we have Greenwood on the right, and we dont need Sancho. I despair. We need minimum 18 good players, 4-6 that can rotate as squad optionsI don't think you understand what's the project of the club when Ole took in charge and how it was planned. Now you have tried to be condescending.I don't think you understand what's the project of the club when Ole took in charge and how it was planned. Don’t conflate me with other posters. Some posters just dont see the big picture. They see a starting XI. There is a guy in the Sancho thread saying we have Greenwood on the right, and we dont need Sancho. I despair. We need minimum 18 good players, 4-6 that can rotate as squad options
snowflakeDon’t conflate me with other posters.
Hardly. You are out by about 20 years.snowflake
I never suggest there aren't priorities. Now you have tried to be condescending.
I’ve tried to put this to bed, it’s boring, and your post is pointless.
Let’s not use the word project, it’s not a project it’s a resetting of the clubs identity.
To suggest there aren’t priorities, is a ridiculous notion. You don’t have a list of things you want to achieve, and all of them having the same importance, that’s now how the real world works.
My opinion is that RW is a priority over midfield, your opinion is different. I’m not unhappy that DVDB is at Utd, and we need to wait until the end of the window to see what happens in terms of other transfers.
Go back to my first post and I said I thought he had an arguable point - until he started taking about Sancho. Not that I agreed with him.I never suggest there aren't priorities.
Your opinion is like Merson's opinion pretty much which is the argument. Not seeing the bigger picture & the situation.
Sorry to barge in but just wanted to say I agree that RW was and is more pressing than midfield (and probably any other position). Now you have tried to be condescending.

The fact I'm listening to what you said, as I'm trying to tell you it's not just abut prioritising RW or certain position but it's about signing the right players on the right profile to improve the squad that available and still maintain the structure and also financially given that we are in corona years. If we try to force ourselves to do something we shouldn't do just to fill in RW then it's called panic business.Go back to my first post and I said I thought he had an arguable point - until he started taking about Sancho. You’ve dragged this out, and you are not listening to what I’m actually saying. It’s boring.
Out.
Thanks, will give it a watch!Starting against Italy tonight.

He would have lasted 12 months at your club. He isn’t Galatico enough for your higher ups.I feel a bit sorry for him as it seems he was disappointed the deal with Real Madrid fell through, he would have been good in here as we need players who can score or be a threat in the offensive. Anyway hope he can do well in Manchester United and Premier League.
It might have been like that but I still think it would have been a good bet by the club to sign him instead of a bigger profile player like Pogba for our midfield since those type of signings can also go very wrong for our club.He would have lasted 12 months at your club. Non story. Player being integrated into the team shocker.Tweet

Here we go again...
Even though I hate these comments from their agents, it is obviously a different story with Raiola, where we have a long history. Doesn't make Donny's agent's comments any better, as he just joinedIf Pogba's agent had said something like this, Pogba would have been criticised(and rightly so imo).
But now that VDB's agent is doing this, will he be criticised here? Somehow I dont think so.
