So why it is written 0 for his height? Are you saying to me that they might have made a mistake?
Well, the height of elementary particles is 0. No error detected here.

Not even 18 yet. So so good. He could be that deep lying playmaker for the next decade. Likely Real bound, but one can dream. Sensible to stay another season with Rennes, so likely good people around him too.

Rennes also in the Champions League for the first time and start in the group stages, due to the Europa League being won by a team who'd already qualified.

Just made the equaliser with a header from a corner. Shocking defending from Lille though

Solid start of the season for him, an assist and could have scored a second, dribbled through players, and gave Rennes some positivity as soon as he came on.

Anyone have a video of the assist? Meant to watch this game but wasn’t able to.

@GifLord would be appreciated mate.

He's a exceptional young talent no question. But I'd personally prefer to see him play where Pogba is playing now with a specialist defensive midfielder next to him and I'd push Pogba further forward.

Only 17 years old and with a mature game years beyond his age. This kid is going to be one to watch for the future...

Whoever signs him up will have quite the player for the long term.

I would hope that we'd be in the picture but this is the sort of signing serious and well run clubs make so I'm fully expecting the likes of Madrid, Bayern or City to snatch him up instead of us.

So basically instead of Pogba then because Pogba doesnt get in further forward ahead of Bruno Fernandes

Corner, flicked on Header and Da Silva stole in to steer it home. 3 defenders stood still and let him in. The header was a routine flick so good he was there but I didn’t see him do anything amazing in the 30 minutes he was on. He’s still a cracking talent

He does without a question and this is not the Paul Pogba thread by the way. Take this talk elsewhere.

Its about where Camavinga would fit it
I agree with @Adnan that he should play as an 8 with a another player holding.

However if Pogba is pushed up then where would that leave Bruno Fernandes? I prefer him as the more attacking 8/10 than Pogba personal opinion

So if we signed Camavinga for me it should be to replace or rotate with Pogba

Or if we keep Pogba then we really dont have space for Camavinga and should be looking at a proper 6 instead

I thought he was a natural DM? But he is seen more as a defensively disciplined Pogba then?

Can we dream him and Sancho for us?

Barcelona and Real Madrid should be all over him. Especially Barca with their ageing Vidal, Busquets and Rakitic.

Someone's gonna have themselves a heck of a player in this lad in a couple years time. The midfield equivalent of Mason Greenwood. Absolute natural.

We have no chance to get him. Going to be a star if he keeps improving. He is just 17 and he plays like a seasoned midfielder

Apparently he's Zidane's top target once they get rid of some of their expensive deadwood.

Barcelona can't afford him at the moment but I'm sure they'll be in they'll also be in the picture after some sales

Why not? We have the perfect mentor here in Pogba who’s also French. We have an equal chance with the likes of Barca and Real imo

You know you're good when you're given the #10 at 17 years old.

Zidane usually gets the French player he wants and reports are that Camavinga is his first choice target. Real Madrid don't even have to pay that much for him.

Perhaps mate. But he wanted Pogba and couldn’t get him for the last two or three windows. What about Real not having to pay that much for him?

His first choice target has been Mbappe, but Camavinga is probably his most realistic big target that he can get, but I think Camavinga is smart and won't make a move that's too soon for him. I'd like to see him with PSG.

I didn't make it clear in that post. I was talking in comparison to Pogba only. Figures of 40-50m was being quoted for him, which is a steal if you ask me

Because I'd like to see them get the best French talent first before it's automatically Real Madrid, and they could use him. Purely a selfish opinion/desire on my end.

More of a deep lying playmaker than a flat out DM. I wouldn't necessarily compare him to Pogba at all. The comparisons end for me at his flashy long range passing that he's capable of. He reminds me of a player in the Carrick Position, but a lot more naturally talented. And mature in his football brain and positioning beyond his years.

Yeah. Carrick playing deep was good, and I think Camavinga could possibly play alongside Pogba.

On par with Sancho for ability, potential and playing with the vision and maturity of a seasoned pro.

They're both going to be in world xi's etc. if they keep their current trajectory.

It's more a question of who from the so-called elite won't be in for this kid than who will.

He definitely could, however not as midfield two I don't think. You'd probably want a more pure DM with them.
A diamond with them and Bruno at the top with Martial/Greenwood would be interesting, but we would need full-backs who continually provide width and good crosses, which we don't currently possess.
