Bellingham also had some vital moments in 2024, didn't he? Immense player.
But England does seem to rely on magic from him and Kane. The wings aren't doing enough.

Madueke cannot play another minute. He's just not good enough.
Gordon has been good in 3 games now. He lacks finesse but he is useful for the match.
Madueke is not good enough and maybe is only used by Tuchel as a defensive option but it always feels like the opposition knows how to handle him even before he receives the ball.
Saka is looking like half the player he is for even Arsenal but he is still better than Madueke.
The most annoying thing is that Anderson is like Gerrard but we are playing him like Kante when Rice should be the deeper player.
Soon as Anderson decides to go forward we get a goal. Rice can't do that and his best ability is defensive ability & crosses.
Gordon hasn't been good at all that half. He made a nice pass to Jude who did all the work but outside of that he's been pretty shite.

Yeah, we need him up top, but Tuchel doesn't rate/trust any of our central midfielders outside of Rice and Anderson.
There aren't any other midfielders in the squad, seeing as how Mainoo doesn't exist and they've brought Jordan Henderson along as a cheerleader rather than have another one.
Why did Tuchel take Mainoo? A game like this actually suits him.

The decision to not bring Wharton is looking worse and worse. We've only got three actual midfielders. One of them's crocked and Tuchel refuses to play the other.
