Who am I to critique Morgan, but I think he let the game drift abit by giving root so many overs

Rashid on much later than I'd expect and Maxwell in the mood to take on that short boundary. It feels like the game is still very much on.

Penny for Archer's thoughts. That no ball might end up being costly. Once Maxwell is there Australia can still win this.

I think Langer has threatened to use his Kendo technique, by way of a bat, to rouse his players.

Morgan shouldn’t have allowed these two batsman 6 overs to settle when he kept Root on.

As has been mentioned, this partnership has been fantastic from Maxwell and Carey.

You miss your chances and suffer the consequence's.

feck's sake. Two very odd games in a row, where the losers will wonder how the hell they let it slip away. Aussies with the last laugh though, barring something unbelievable from the England bowlers.

Maxwell threw it away.. what a pointless shot to let England back in.
Aus look like they have bottled it again.

I can not believe they’ve thrown it away in ten balls..

Anyone watching? Superb from Archer. Just 4 runs and the big wicket of Carey in the penultimate over. 10 to win.

I have no idea why Morgan just did that. It’s not a gamble, it’s completely stupid

Roller coaster of a game. Disappointed with the result but enjoyed the game.

I could understand the decision if England only needed 1 wicket, or had about 15/16 runs to defend. One of those final six balls was always going over the ropes.

Great match, great summer of cricket, I just had to turn it off quickly when the Aussies started screaming
