What a terrible penalty, only if Getafe could take their chances

Lukaku miss an absolute sitter.
He’s such a donkey. Shocking first touch.

Not sure why Brozovic is being taken off, should be Gagliardini.

there was a big question whether a longer rest would be an advantage vs having played until recently

Getafe have so much more energy than inter right now. That does not bode well for italian(and maybe english) sides

With Rangers playing tomorrow, I wonder how many other instances there are of a team still playing games from an earlier season after starting their next season? Must be unprecedented surely? I know some summer leagues are weird with European football, but this is a winter league.

We need Wolves to lose tomorrow.
I think they will Olympiakos knocked Arsenal out IIRC and beat Spurs (or drew 2-2 with them and ran them close in the reverse fixture)

I would agree but Wolves being at home makes them favourites to progress especially as Wolves have the away goal in the bag.

Sevilla v Roma tomorrow should be great.

2 of the top 5 teams remaining in my eyes, and both ended their seasons on great form.

0-0 being enough suit them well. They are such a low scoring side normally.

Leverkusen* or Rangers.

*They won the first leg in Glasgow 3-1
I don't think it's over. Leverkusen are strong favorites to win the whole tournament, but Rangers are dangerous on the counter. Teams have a habit of playing better away. Also Gerrard's spawny.
