Europa League and Conference League semi finals

Nice to see Shakhtar still like a Brazilian player, just the seven starting and five on the bench.

What on earth was Taylor thinking giving that pen? Outrageous.

That decision right there is why people dislike VAR. That was a weak penalty if given on the field but to send him to the monitor for that..... ludicrous

Pen to Forest. Dumbass moment.

Imagine forest win this and get relegated. Would it be the first ever championship team to play in the CL?

People wanting Emery to take over us should look at this performance. Villa have been boring

He has a peak and it’s the likes of Villa and Seville. Not clubs like Arsenal/PSG.

Why do you think it was dumb out of interest? Do you think he made a conscious decision to put his hand in the air?
If you put your arms up like that, it signals intent to block the ball with them.

No, it signals that you have sub-consciously raised your arms as you are leaning backwards and stretching. He thinks the ball is going out of play. He has no intention of blocking anything.

I don’t particularly have an issue with a penalty being given there. However, it’s not the player being stupid.

Imagine the 17th placed Premier League team could win the Europa League two years in a row.

Thought I'd have a look at the Villa forum. Impossible to navigate. Match day thread will either not load pages or have about 3 posts on it.

If Palace win the Conference, will Arsenal be the only London club without a European trophy?

Arsenal have got a Cup Winners Cup from the mid 90s (sadly old enough to have vague memories of watching this final as a child)
