Will Europa League become more tight in terms of quality because of the rehash ie Conference will take up the lesser sides?(still making a level competition in that comp)? Could be good all round? Remember having 3 euro comps back in the day and tey were all quite exciting, and presitgious

Partizan Belgrade v Santa Clara
I've always wondered this for as long as I've known of them but never bothered finding out - Is there any reason why Santa Clara's badge and kit is basically Aldi Benfica despite them having no apparent affiliation?

@TheGame There's a conference league thread here.

Maybe change this one to Europa League only? I could see it get confusing as the season progresses anyway.

Looking at the teams in the conference league.. Roma, Spurs, Feyenoord really stand out. It will benefit a lot of the other clubs I’m sure which is good but I hope we never play in that tournament

I think going by the names is even more deceiving than usual, because a lot of them will probably treat this competition as a chore forced upon them. On the other hand you will have smaller clubs, who are genuinely excited to be in it and give it their all every game.

I also like how the men just weir their standard suits and don't even switch ties, but Laura Wontorra has to pick a dress in the competition colours for every drawing, even if they are only an hour apart. Doesn't seem particularly fair.

The stadium looks pretty amazing, a pity it only holds 22,000 though.

Not sure there are many interesting in these Europa league highlights...:wenger:
A goal is a goal. And you could easily see a similar goal to West Ham's in the CL. High quality football.

I'm surprised Celtic have had more of the possession against Betis.

Just heard Chris Sutton and Neil Lennon were denied access to Ibrox for BT because their safety couldn't be guaranteed.
