Gotta love the consistency of this ref... He cannot be fecked with any extra paperwork that a yellow card brings

I’ve never seen a game with less relevance to the midfield. It’s absolutely dire.

Why isn't Aaron Ramsey on this pitch, easily the most talented player on either squad.

Rangers fans really love their Union Jacks.

Ref has been good tonight. No stupid freekicks, just letting the game flow.

Now let's see him ruin the last 15 minutes with constant whistling and general pickiness.

My appreciation for Celtic began more or less around the time when Keano joined them. And besides, Rangers have not covered themselves in glory with their long history of bigotry as well as the shit they stirred in Manchester in the 2008 UEFA Cup final.
That’s just Scottish football in general. Grew up in the 80s seeing a lot of hateful shit from Celtic, rangers and a few others. Mark Walters, rangers fist black player, got bananas thrown at him by hearts fans during the game. And the amount of religious shit thrown around is just silly. Growing up in Glasgow, if someone asked you“what team do you support?” There was a 50/50 chance you were getting “yur cnut kicked in!”. Sometimes you could get out of it with “partick thistle, mate. What team you support?” But that usually just got “ha ha. Naw, mate. Wit team dae ye support?”.

Once saw a 12 year old boy take an irn bru bottle to a grown man just because he was wearing a Celtic top. Mad times.

Am I alone in thinking Calvin Bassey looks absolute top draw.
I’d take him at lcb. Good on the ball and an absolute monster in defence. With development he would be ridiculous in a back 3. Has every attribute to move up levels.

Does anyone know why Rangers fan's drape the Union Jack instead of the flag of Scotland? But when England play its St George's flags everywhere?

Did he give a free kick to Rangers for one of their players kicking his opponent?

Sectarianism. Same reason 1/4 of their fans are wearing orange.

Tavernier to miss a penalty in the shootout. Amad too if he's brought on.

Traditionally, Rangers represent the Protestant and/or unionist (pro-UK) part of Scotland.

As for England, it is just their flag (of the constituent country in the UK)

I expected the Rangers fans to be rallying behind their team for a late goal when they had a bit of possession and corners in their half, just completely still and quiet like they want extra time or just scared of conceding.

We always hear how the Scottish fans are so passionate and animated yet resemble a painting behind the goal in those last 10 mins.
Probably been on the pop since this morning, and flagging now. And they aren't selling booze in the stadium, so imagine all those hangovers starting to kick in.

This looks like another PK shootout where the German team bottles it vs a British side
Just like Frankfurt did in the last semi vs Chelsea
