Expect big things from Leclerc. The way he drove in the last races makes me wonder what he could do with a better car. Lewis is clearly favourite again though.

Currently in UAE. Lots of smug blokes with Mercedes shirts on, can’t argue decent package and exceptional driver.

Next year for the red car and the Monégasque...

Could see Red Bull winning on outright pace a few times next season - Honda engine will limit consistency. Hamilton for WDC as per.

WOW you got this in quick !
He wanted to beat you Pauldy

I think Lewis and Max is going to be a good scrap, but I can see Le Clerc getting a few wins, but we rule out Seb at our peril.
Yeah I agree he shouldn’t be ruled out, I just think Lewis will win more races than anyone else and the others get the odd win here and there.

Alexander Albon will complete the Toro Rosso driver line-up for 2019, the team have confirmed.

The British-born Thai driver, who finished third in feeder series Formula 2 this year, will partner Daniil Kvyat next season.

A new face will be behind the wheel of Force India’s 2018 challenger when Pirelli tyre testing gets underway at Abu Dhabi’s Yas Marina next week in the shape of Lance Stroll.

When the Canadian’s billionaire father Lawrence Stroll led a consortium to rescue Force India, it was naturally assumed his son would come onboard after two years at Williams.

The team have yet to confirm whether Stroll will indeed partner Sergio Perez next season, but they have announced he will drive in the two-day test.

As it stands, Perez will drive during the morning session on Tuesday, before handing the car over to Stroll in the afternoon. Stroll will then complete a full day of running on Wednesday.

Not sure about this. Nothing since his move to Ferrari has suggested to me he can win a WDC there. Too many mistakes, too many mental lapses and not enough talent compared to Lewis (and probably Max).

I cant disagree with you, but still I would not rule him out, the first half of 2018 season , he was decent, second half Lewis got to him and he made the silly mistakes.
2019 will be a 3 way title race , Lewis , Max and Seb , dont see Le Clerc doing a huge amount in his first season , I think he will win a couple of races, Seb will still be Ferrari Number 1 driver.

One always hope he can learn from his mistakes with a good rest.

If Leclerc do 50% of what Lewis did in 2007 that would be amazing. Even if he only do what Danny Ric did to Vettel in 2014 that would be enough.
Vettel needs spanking in his ass to realise that the only one to blame for his failure is himself.

He’s got a ton of races under his belt now, he’s totally ready. My gut says the Red Bull will be quick again but fragile, it would be a pretty amazing turnaround if Honda have built an engine that doesn’t lunch itself every few races. Especially in Red Bull packaging that probably cost them a few Renault engines the past few years.

Looks like Arrivabene is done for at Ferrari. Mattia Binotto in to replace him according to Gazzetta.

Andreas Seidl signing for McLaren.

Interesting. Would love for McLaren to return to the sharp end of the grid.
