Why are they not showing the actual qualifying at the end there?
They do shit like this all the time. It's like once the fastest 3 cars have gone over the line they switch off.

Brundle is a bit simple, not realising Max lost time because he had Leclercs yellow flags

That was more exciting than most races the past few years, shows what could happen if the grid gets closer.

Have we seen proper dry race pace? This track should work well for Ferrari and Merc based on Spain.

If Sainz can keep Max behind on lap 1 this might be an interesting race. I could see a tangle, we are due one at the front.

Leclerc spinning cost Max pole. Man had to slow down for the yellow flag.

Happy for Carlos though since it's his first pole

But Max definitely deserved the pole today. So dominant. Sometimes though the flags just go against you just like with Monaco.

Max was by far the quickest today but he just messed up sector 2 in his final lap which cost him pole. Don't think Sainz will be able to keep in front for too long unless the Ferrari's have superior race pace. Entertaining qualifying session for sure. Was like a mini race almost

Edit: did Max have to lift due to Leclerc in that final lap?

Great qualifying session, especially Q3. Very happy for Sainz. That for Latifi to the rest though.

Yes Max didn't mess up he simply was forced to slow down because of Leclerc.

Of course they only boo drivers who actually dare compete at the top. Vettel at RB was booed, Rosberg was booed and now Verstappen. Quite obvious what the trend is here. All good as long as you let our drivers win mentality. So entitled.

Max is a dick now too, apparently. The bias on here is just another level.
Because I disagree with you, I must be biased. If the bias in here bothers you you’re welcome to feck off.

 You are absolutely insufferable.

1. There are plenty of other non-British drivers on the grid, don’t see them getting booed. I wonder why.
2. Hamilton was booed in Hungary for standing up for the rights of the LBGT community.

First you make more of a point of defending Max than condemning racism. And now you equate fans booing Max, classy or not, because he’s a dick, to fans booing a driver standing up for human rights.

I’m seeing a bit of a trend here …

I mean if Max is a dick, Lewis is a weasel so it's swings and roundabouts. All personal opinion.

Max is even such a dick he asked his home fans not to boo Hamilton.

In not bothered about boos though but it's funny when last year people where offended by Lewis getting boo'd. Also everyone knows Hungary is quite a racist sexist homophobic place. Those weren't the only boos though. People where complaining about boos at loads of tracks and trying to equate it to racism which it ain't.

To be fair it's worth the risk being behind with track evolution.
True but the whole Q3 he was too close behind him, probably deliberately to try and watch his lines. But a Leclerc yellow was guaranteed to come at some point in the last 5 minutes

Ah sure it is what it is, remember the teams where worried the rain would start again which would slow the times.

Don't think anyone expected that lap from Sainz tbh. Wet qualis can always go either way for these sort of reasons

It's just the name of the game. Max spun earlier on, Leclerc span this time. Max was just unlucky for once.

Anyway, the RBR looks far superior to any car so he will easily win tomorrow.

Yep, when max gets past sainz, probably before the first corner, then ferrari have to let leclrec through asap. Only chance of a entertaining race for the win. Not due to rain tomorrow but this championship really needs max to have a bad run of luck to bring lecrec back into it.

After this qualy the most important question is: Who's the biggest dick Lewis or Max?
