Don't think Charles would just take that after suffering with this team for as long as he has, and now finally having a car with superior potential. Especially if the advantage will shift to Ferrari once Merc gets their PU neutered.

Its all a very weird situation to say the least. Horrendous really. Best facilities of all teams it seems, superstar staff recruitment, a PU manufacturer that was WDC winning, and then by their own word claiming to have been solely focused on the new regs to come out of the gate swinging ...this is not just Neweys cockup, this might be one of the worst of all time for a team as a whole.

Was it a boring race, yes and no, plenty of good racing, plenty of overtaking even if helped with battery power.

Amazing first GP for 19 year old Kimi. Russell will have some competition for the title hopefully
An entertaining race outside of the top two. A very dominant and mature performance from Antonelli.

Last reg they would have gone into management 3 laps into the GP, here atleast we got about 30 good laps of racing.
People have short memories. How dull was 2022/2023 when verstappen was so far ahead in his rocketship? At least Russell has Kimi to keep him honest.
