The inevitability of losing to this lot after beating them 3 times this year

It was the worst draw since we have to face City in a potential final now. No way Arsenal are stopping them or Newcastle.

Chelsea doing quite well in the league. Didn't expect them to get all three points today. Bad for us.

Oops...Yep..that's what I meant. Also the comeback they did against Villa. Bad time for them to find their mojo.
No worries, kinda guessed that.

And yeah we could really do with them losing their mojo quickly.

That's how I feel as well. Statistically, we can't beat Chelsea every time we play them. Let's just hope they are wide open in the middle of the park when we play them.
We are unbeaten in 6 against them. We seem to have their number. Its nothing to be worried about!

Manchester derby in the final is written all over it. And it will be a very, very difficult final

Winning the FA cup would give such a confidence to our manager and the lads going on to the next season and in the Europa league. Imagine beating Chelsea in semis and City in finals.

The positive is that it's not City who are levels above.
And we have a good little run of games to get Pogba-Bruno and the front guys syncing up ready.

Am I right in thinking that to win the FA Cup we will have to finish the season having beaten City and Chelsea 8 times out of 8?

Well technically we could draw both games to win on penalties I guess.

We will have lost the 1st leg of the League Cup to City already though. So 8 out of 9 which is still insane.

We lost to City in the league cup first leg. Would be 7/8.

Be an interesting match. Lampard seems to have decided to place Kante in the DM role since the break, which means teams can longer run straight through them. Lets see what happens.

Penalty shoot out wins are statistically draws, or were at least widely considered as such until there was a desperate attempt to keep City’s winning streak going a few years ago.
