FA Premier League - 15/05/26 to 19/05/26 and 2026 FA Cup Final

Yeah nobody gives a feck. Only thing annoying is that they laid all the PL games in Sunday for this crap

Concerning the City Bournemouth win im a bit torn between wanting Bournemouth to win to potentially hold Liverpool from CL versus wanting City to win to potentially hold Arsenal from the title..

Just curious, why would you want City to win a domestic treble?

Forgot this was today and only now saw the result. Shame, hoped Chelsea could beat them somehow. Chelsea without a domestic trophy since 2018. ECL win last year was irrelevant, also not sure that new CWC competition is relevant so CL win in 2021 was fantastic moment in otherwise not so fantastic period for Chelsea.

Buying in January like he also did in 2025 as well got Pep this trophy.

Well, yeah I guess I can understand that it must seem pretty disgusting to the Dutch view of total football.

Its mostly that I dont want to see the switch they made rewarded, so that other managers might copy it and justify doing something similar.. Arsenal is a club which always prided themselves in attractive football, technical players etc.. Their style was part of how they identified themselves even though they didnt win pricez in recent years.. The way they played mattered to them.

Then this year they went all in on shithousery, timewasting, set pieces and fully let go of what they prided in themselves always. It horrible to watch, boring af and the manager always acts like a lunatic, both on and off the field..

Its embarrassing and I would be genuinely embarrassed as an Arsenal fan.

As a neutral football supporter I just do not want to see this mindset change and this style of play rewarded with a title..

All four games shown simultaneously on Sky Sports+. Hopefully Brentford and Brighton win, keeps pressure on Liverpool.

I need Ismaila Sarr to do something for me next weekend.

Which game?
Everton - Sunderland. Everton player overruns the ball, jumps off the ground and clatters into the Sunderland player. No studs showing but looked very much out of control and endangering the safety of an opponent in real time.

VAR confirmed yellow.

Thanks.

Where is Brentford's intensity and attacking play witnessed at OT from a few weeks ago? It would appears that now they have something to play for, the players cant be bothered!

Leeds - Brighton has been rubbish.

Comms talking more about beach balls than the match.

If Everton do win then they'll be really up for it at Spurs next week with a chance of European spot. Will be great last day regarding both European places and probably relegation battle. Possibly regarding title race but that's not realistic after Arsenal's win at West Ham.

Was not expecting Brentford to be losing. Thought they’d be winning this one.

Everton winning here and West Ham winning later would send Spurs fans into meltdown. Their record at Stamford Bridge is tragic and the last thing they need is an Everton team playing for Europe next week.
