Farewell to the Lord. Just not confident he starts at the weekend and a blank the week after.

Saiss in and straight into the 11. One eye on gw31. Keeping my free hit options open.

Nonchalantly scoring the winner...
The smart money is surely to sack him off soon? A blank in 2 weeks, then us away.
With no league to go for, and surely prioritising the euro.
It's Guardiola... all common logic says that after playing 90 and doing nothing against West Ham, and with Madrid in 3 days, Aguero will be rested against Foxes away... but that's exactly the type of scenario where Guardiola does his thing.

Everyone is binning off Aguero, and you can just feel the potential haul coming.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I reckon Aguero is gonna feature, and will bring points in the Foxes match.

Then regarding his upcoming matches -

Man Utd (a)
Burnley (h)
Chelsea (a)
Liverpool (h)

It's fecking Aguero... if he's fit, these are the exact type of games that he swaggers away from with hauls and bonus points.

Again, I could be wrong, but I'm looking to try and keep him if possible while everyone else bins him off.

I'm holding Aguero one more game and then I think he goes when I have two free's for gw28.

Son out is hard. I am thinking about getting Doherty and Richarlison in for Sidibe and Son.
Not sure about Richaliron due to the fixtures. Maddison could be good too.

Leiceste guys tempt me, but would rather not get them in vs City .
Dtich Aronld so I could get Mane would be an interesting move, but I do want TAA.

Who is the best mofo to get some advice from here? At a bit of a crossroads with my team and second in my mini league (behind top by 10 points)

Post your team. I'll give you my opinion for what it's worth. I'm currently sitting at 8k OR. Dropped 3k this week due to the Aguero blank.

Not too much wrong with that at all. Good team!

You've got 4 blanks in gw28 because of the League Cup Final so I'd look at upgrading Kelly if I were you as he's not playing now and you'll need a full team for that one. Dunk n Cantwell are probably fine to stay as your other bench options.

Lascelles is cheap defender, has good fixtures and is a goal threat. Or you could pay a bit more and go for Boly. That's what i'd do.

Don't know if Lundstram is that good a pick anymore as he doesn't start consistently + SHU blank in gw28. Would personally bring a Wolves defender, i.e. Boly or Saiss. Other than that the team seems fine, Alderweireld+Soyüncü is maybe a tad expensive for bench/rotation.

Decent looking team...

I'd bring in another Liverpool defender for Kelly / Dunk ideally, if you want more funds then Soy - Liverpool defender.

Other than that I'd hold.

Vardy will start scoring again very soon (I think this GW actually).

So what do people think about Greenwood and Martinelli now? Getting enough minutes to justify a spot?
Or too many good forward to pick from in general.

Martinelli and Greenwood are different prepositions imo - I think Martinelli is more likely for minutes and points.
Yeah Ole has not used Greenwood much recently and now we got Ighalo.
I will hold on both I think even with Abraham out potentially.

Indeed. I'm actually surprised Ole hasn't been pulled up more for his lack of Greenwood minutes given our striker crisis and his constant harping on about youth etc. But whatever.

Agree particular vs Wolves, Burnley etc. Ole discussion/bashing is for another thread though. Nketiha has looked good for Arsenal too and is 4.3. Not sure what to use the cash for though.

Yeah I think Nketiah and Martinelli will basically share minutes - with Martinelli seemingly being shunted onto the EL minutes...

So Maddison is still playing deeper ? Any replacement I can think of for Son seems to be a punt. Perez, Barnes, Alli, Moura ? Maybe Barnes as a stop gap. Seems to get into good positions from what I've seen and more dependable in Brendans eyes than Perez.

Richarlison could be a shout if you dont have him. Yes, the fixtures are a bit more difficult for them now but that's not to say he cant score/assist. United , Chelsea and Arsenal barely keep clean sheets.

Got Lewin upfront. Double Everton for GW 28 vs Utd ? Then Lewin > Vardy for GW29 vs Villa!

Take a look at who he's scored against this season.

He's scored 3 against smaller teams (palace, Brighton & Southampton)

and 6 goals against big/tough teams (Wolves x 2, Leicester, Liverpool, Chelsea, city)

I reckon he'll pack them away against the bigger teams he's got coming up soon.

I don't know whether to play Calvert Lewin or Williams.

I feel we can get a cs against Watford and Arsenal seem to have improved so he might find it tricky scoring.

Martial, KDB, Mane, Sarr, Grealish

Greenwood, Vardy, Ings

Gonna see how i can change this up with my WC.

You really should be going 3 liverpool. Greenwood get rid of he doesn't play enough to want to take a punt even with Rashford out. Vardy is debatable too. Leicester aren't hitting that top form like they were first half of the season.

Not a fan of your defensive line.

I managed to get this:

Henderson, Ryan

TAA, Robertson, Kelly, Maguire, Lundstram

KDB, Martial, Grealish, Bruno, Richarlison

Ings, Calvert-Lewin, Jimenez

I would have 1m left after doing this team. Thoughts?

Much better. Pull the trigger mate.

edit - you wanna get Salah / Mané in there, or VVD and go triple scouse defenders.
