I love the people saying things like "why did I take out Bamford".

You took him out because he was playing Spurs whilst DCL is playing West ham and villa followed by Sheffield United next week.
I bet everyone has one hard luck story this week.

I took out Son, but it could well pay off still.
Second in my league took out Dallas - out of his squad totally (!)
Third in my league captained Kane which was utterly insane.

One guy much further down took out Son, and benched Dallas and Bamford.

I have TAA versus a rival with Kabak tonight.
Really need TAA to show his attacking premium skills tonight. Same with Shaw tomorrow.
Then hope for loads from Bruno and Greenwood against different rivals, with the key being Greenwood who is a point of difference against the main threats.

Man that Kane to Benteke move would have been gold. I did think Kane would score, but also had faith in Benteke being good for this double (not after though).

The greatest team in history
so starting Kane and Castagne over Dallas turns out to be a disaster and even Raphinha with more points on my bench. Castagne got one more chance, but I think he will get one point against us.

Naturally it was the right call though to bench players with one game. Keeping Kane maybe not cause he is looking worse under the new manager.
I dunno. That offside goal today was so unlucky, had the ball in the net from another chance and hit the bar from a fk. Tbh I thought he looked quite sharp. I'm backing him to haul in one of the next two if not both.

A lot of players to choose from as key threats next week.

Dallas, Son, Bamford, Raphina just from today's game!
Man City are probably risky, but worth a look too, but initially thinking at least 2 from those 4 are key.

Losing Son or Kane were risky but potentially high reward.
Kane very unlucky to have one of those ultra marginal ones chalked off, and will need him v Wolves next week for sure.

Yeah took son out on a hit too for Zaha. Really need Zaha to do something.

I'm chasing so had no choice but to try it. I really need a couple more big performances and I could be right back in this.

Fading Kane after selling him felt good. Bamford and Dallas were never going to start this week, so I will have to accept selling the first too, and benching the latter.

Biggest threats are now Martinez, Lingard and Shaw.

He looked hilariously disappointed when Eze just strolled through the whole Sheff U defence and scored.
I said things like "if palace score, Zaha will definitely be involved"

There's still another game but I already have been reminded of why I stick away from troll players like him.

He sure did. What a miserable git. Guaita and Ward clean sheets lessened the frustration with Wilf's apathy. He'd better shake himself for the next one.

Damn Aguero. Rival has Mendy, and tat takes him up to 30 so far this week to my..ahem 7.
He's had 1 game of his captain Nacho though, and doesn't have Bruno, so I hope he's punished by that.

I am like 15 points under the average so far with hits included. What a disaster start.
It's all very dangerously poised in my league.
Bruno hauling as captain and something decent from Greenwood is critical.
But good scores from Shaw/TAA/Lingard will really help the cause.

At least the City cleany has gone.
Need more stuff to happen to take those 3 bonus off Mendy though.

Not sure how but that Azpi assist has got me 3 massive points and he's also on 3bonus. I really hope he holds on because I could have an amazing week.
