Son for Bruno (c) as part of a -4 does feel a bit crap right now. Amazing how both United and Bruno are so much better away than at home in the league right now.
West Brom are sh!te though and City aren't.Kane is the spearhead of Spurs attack, he assists takes the pens and if there is slight consolation of spurs scoring on a losing occasion it’s most likely to be him. And united at home to anyone of late haven’t exactly been great?
A lot of this game is covering risk isn't it.Son for Bruno (c) as part of a -4 does feel a bit crap right now. Amazing how both United and Bruno are so much better away than at home in the league right now.
-2 But he scored so don't worryIs there a negative marking for penalty conceeded?
One kick and he could be looking at a 20 pointer as captain nowSon for Bruno (c) as part of a -4 does feel a bit crap right now. Amazing how both United and Bruno are so much better away than at home in the league right now.
I don't mean missing a penalty. I meant when a players gives a penalty away.-2 But he scored so don't worry
More like three kicks! One kick and he could be looking at a 20 pointer as captain now

No.I don't mean missing a penalty. I meant when a players gives a penalty away.
Thanks.No.
Bookings and sending offs, conceding 2 goals (defence and keeper) and a missed pen are the 4 ways to lose points.
I made the same mistake. I should have played the players form rather than the fixtures. Bruno captain and maguire clean sheet though so over 40 with DCL still to play.West Brom are sh!te though and City aren't.
Is the logic anyway! Could have fooled United tonight!
Exactly this.As shite as we are Manchester United players can be differential. Bruno with or without set piece and penalty is a must have. Our defense is also very good as well
Yea, players that takes set pieces are a huge bonus. Especially if the team gets so many. However, I am also worried that our performance is such a mix bag. On another day, west brom would have scored and Bruno would have missed the penalty. But it is a theme that I have noticed for awhile at United. We score a lot of set piece goals and we have a stable defense. As such these players aren’t that bad to have in your team. Not sure about Rashford though. He could have scored today, but it seem like we will have to function better as a team to get the best out of himExactly this.
As a mid you get the clean sheet and extra point for a goal over a striker. So as captain that's a 4 point differential already.
We played dreadfully yet one kick gets him a 22 pointer!
If Rashy could have finished that sitter that's 28 points.
Imagine if we'd played well!
With a captain you need them to be super reliable. The big players at the big teams performing well.Yea, players that takes set pieces are a huge bonus. Especially if the team concede so many. It wouldn't have helped Grealish as Watkins took their last pen. And Watkins was holding the ball on the pen spot waiting to take this one too! I was watching him closely as I have him and was hoping itd be upheld! What a poor week. Only got 28 points from 6 players including captain so far. I have captained Grealish which would have been a good choice if referee hadn’t overturned penalty decision in the last minute of that game. He felt like a natural choice for captain too - good run of form, opposition that leaks goals and all.
I got Cresswell, Bellerin, Rodriguez, Adams and DCL left so may still get to 50 but not much above it. It doesn’t help half people in my league have swapped Salah for Bruno. Next week I am using my bench boost if everyone is fit, I also imagine I will start catching up when Salah returns as folks won’t have funds to get him back in (I’m the only one in my league who has him now).
I thought Grealish was holding the ball but anyway. It wouldn't have helped Grealish as Watkins took their last pen. And Watkins was holding the ball on the pen spot waiting to take this one too! I was watching him closely as I have him and was hoping itd be upheld!
Always a weigh up when there's value in a player.I thought Grealish was holding the ball but anyway.
I would really like Bruno but just don’t have a way of getting him without sacrificing Salah, Son or Werner which I am absolutely not willing to do... or perhaps downgrading both of Adams and Dias to fodders but again, not convinced it’s the right move.
Well I could still field a midfield of Ziyech, Son, Grealish and Rodriguez while having plenty of quality elsewhere without Salah so I didn’t think taking a hit to replace him with Bruno was necessary. I was obviously wrong but it happens. It’s fine margins though, that penalty doesn’t get reversed and everyone would be looking at 0 points (happened to me last season when I captained Pogba against Southampton).Always a weigh up when there's value in a player.
But Salah dropped from 12.4-12.2 and Bruno has gone up 0.2 in the same week.
More importantly it gave a great captain choice with others either being sketchy or having tough games.
Can simply reverse the transfer in a couple of weeks when Salah is confirmed fit again. Fulham looks the critical one.
I've still got TAA so will have to gain some funds on him to give other options of moving Son or even Ziyech (if he doesn't get motoring in a couple more weeks) to Salah.
That seems very risky, even if he plays, will he complete 90 mins? And if he doesn’t start, Williams is likely not to get 90 mins due to lack of fitness, so he’ll come on for a 1 pointer.
Why on earth would you captain Telles when you have Fernandes Grealish Mane and Kane? Seems like being quirky just for the sake of it. Most likely a 2 pointer at best.
Absolute madness
You know you can still change it?
At least 12 pointsYou're either going to go into legend status of being one of those randoms who gets a huge score through doing an absolutely idiotic thing....
or you'll get in your vice captain.
There's absolutely no guarantee Telles will even get near the pitch. Let alone play 90 and rack a haul up.
Personally I'm after defenders with good potential for attacking returns. If they get a clean sheet it's a bonus. I think Fofana is an outstanding player but that Reece James is better for FPL at the same price. Cresswell similar too and always swinging in dangerous deliveriesFofana in for Mitchell, thoughts? Leicester has some nice fixtures coming up. Can't afford Castagane and Justin is a risk with Pereira coming back. Anyone has a different option?
Telles might be worth bringing in if he can make that first team spot his own.At least 12 points
I'm a big fan of Telles since he is in Porto and i thought he would get a couple of assists or even a goal against the worst team in the league......i just forgot we have the worst coach in the league too.
I've no City players and near the top of most of my leagues. None of them are worth it yet I don't think and won't be if there form doesn't pick up.Got the exact money to do Foden & Maupay to either Vardy & Grealish or KDB & Watkins.
Not sure which i prefer. The former sounds better but only leaves with me Cancelo from City.
If I go with the first I'd captain Vardy v Fulham. The latter and I'd captain KDB v Burnley.
Yeah I know, same in most of my leagues too. My worry is Burnley at home is the perfect game for them to start picking up some form.I've no City players and near the top of most of my leagues. None of them are worth it yet I don't think and won't be if there form doesn't pick up.
already got Cresswell and Chilwell, don't really fancy doubling up on Chelsea defenders for now. Maybe Cancelo?Personally I'm after defenders with good potential for attacking returns. I hear ya and It could be worth the gamble but they've just been so toothless.Yeah I know, same in most of my leagues too. My worry is Burnley at home is the perfect game for them to start picking up some form.
