I have zero Chelsea players, so i'm not sure the second part is a worry!
They're quite expensive to cram your team with.
Almost all of their players, even including Mendy, are a significant rotation risk. Tricky. I guess Lukaku will be nailed when he joins.
Remember that Willock hasn't moved yet, meaning it's exceptionally unlikely he'll start the first game even if it is done by the weekend.
I'll think they'll be good this season and will hit the ground running fuelled by their own farts from the CL win. I've already dispensed with Jorj, for Rudiger and Youri Tielemans, having just this moment talked him up. O Tempora, O Mores!
Probably Mount is the best bet from the current lot.

Will play even deeper now that they have a proper striker. I feel he will be good for 140-150 range but not much beyond that and it will be hard to hit the exact games he will score points in.

Feck, had a solid team I was actually planning on sticking with and now I’m back to the drawing board having the take Amartey out
Yeah Amartey is gone. Tsimikas just seems too good an option to ignore with the fixtures they have. I’ve decided to go decently strong bench and play him so no harm done if it doesn’t work out (apart from not being able to get Jota into my team which may prove costly) I think this team gives me a bit of flexibility over the next few GWs.

You are misunderstanding the Stat. Leeds have a 14% chance of a clean sheet, so I guess United have a 86% chance of scoring. The stat being quoted is United have a 37% chance of scoring more than 2.5 goals. The stats come from drafthounds.
Am I crazy in thinking this might be a good idea?

With the fixtures only good for three weeks and Buendia flagged, I’m very tempted to skip Villa all together.
